Villa holiday rentals in Thọ Quang

I was able to book at a lower price than other sites. It was close to the lobby, so it was rather nice to be able to walk to the lobby when ordering food or going to tourist attractions! The lawn was well maintained, and the tableware was prepared without any shortage. I also used the water and towels provided every day. Even though the check-in time was late, I was able to check in smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Stayed as a family, 5 adults and 2 children, space was perfect for us. We were collected at Danang airport, courtesy of the Airbnb. We had such a lovely stay! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was a great size, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Only 10 minutes to the Old Quarter too, which made exploring super easy. A special shoutout to Lam and her amazing team who made us delicious breakfasts every morning, they were so kind and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday — spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous pool area that we used every day. The location was peaceful and private, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with a group of 9 adults. The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all bedrooms having en suite bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our group. The real standout, though, was the host. We made several requests and took advantage of nearly all the additional services offered, including airport pickup, BBQ service, and breakfast at the villa. Everything was handled smoothly, promptly, and with genuine kindness. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and host!

It's really spacious and has a great structure for a big family to use. I was especially satisfied with Justin's kindness and quick response. I contacted the driver who picked me up on my itinerary and used the rental, and it was cheap and friendly. I went to the market for a while during the schedule, and I thought, "Oh, this is Da Nang." We recommend the resort for family units. However, they come to clean once in a while, but they only empty the trash and change the towels, not cleaning. So I think the clean parts are disappointing. I had a good time with my parents. Thank you.

Highly recommended! If we ever go back to Hoi An, we’ll definitely stay here again! The host had already organised an airport pick-up for us and a drop-off to Da Nang city after check-out, which made our stay completely worry-free. The shuttle was very affordable and convenient! She was already waiting for us at the Airbnb when we arrived and welcomed us so warmly. She lives nearby too, so whenever we needed anything, she could easily come over. The place was beautiful and spacious—we were so comfortable! Having a room on the ground floor was especially helpful since we were travelling with my aunt and uncle, who are seniors. The location is just a few minutes’ drive from Hoi An Old Town, in a well-secured village. There are always security guards at the entrance, which gave us great peace of mind. We also really loved how thoughtfully designed and visually pleasing the house was! We truly cannot thank the host enough for letting us stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Rocy was extremely welcoming and always willing to help with any questions we had. She was able to find us a bike super quickly after we got a flat tire! The house itself was spotless and well looked after. We would love to come and stay again anytime and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Hoi An. The location is so peaceful and the perfect distance from both town and the beach! Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

I recently took my parents and two kids in Da Nang for a wonderful vacation in this pool villa. As soon as we arrived, the spacious and deep pool greeted all of our family. The kids had fun playing in the pool and me and my parents were able to spend a relaxing time reading or chatting by the pool. Having the pool so big and well maintained was such a big plus. The accommodation is located in a golf course, so the security was very good, and the surrounding landscaping was beautiful, so I was able to enjoy healing in nature. My parents loved the quiet and peaceful environment, and the kids were comfortable to play in a safe space. The location of the house allowed us to fully relax away from the noise of the city. In addition, the 3 spacious rooms and 2 mattresses allowed the whole family to be comfortable, and there was plenty of space for each of us to relax. The kitchen was as clean as new and equipped with up-to-date facilities, so it was very nice to cook, and

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

We stayed at Lucy’s Airbnb for about a week and we highly recommend it! It’s such a beautiful house, everyone had their own bathrooms, the staff would cook delicious breakfasts every morning and were accomodating to our plans, the staff who cleaned the place everyday were so meticulous and friendly, the seafood bbq was also delicious! The pool, sauna, karaoke, and laundry/ dryer were also amazing. This stay really made our trip in da nang perfect!

Everyone in the group was satisfied. It's clean and luxurious. However, there were too many items sold in the refrigerator, so it was a little inconvenient to put in the group's groceries.

I was looking for a place to stay for a large family trip (15 people) and chose it. Even before the trip, they responded quickly through Airbnb chat and messenger, and kindly listened to double pick-up requests (hotel pick-up after airport pick-up) that can be difficult. He kindly explained to me when I checked in and gave me the necessary information and tickets, etc. The place was much better than what was shown in the photos, and I was very pleased. It was nice that it was very close to My Khe Beach, and the delicious restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff who made them were very friendly and nice. It was such a good memory that I thought I should choose my next international trip to Da Nang. Thank you for running a good accommodation ~!

What a stay! There were 9 of us, and each and everyone of us had a fabulous time. Perfectly located, between the city and the beach, Annica looks like a safe haven you only see in movies. Luxurious garden, full of exotic fruits that were kindly shared with us. The pool is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, the house is peaceful with lots of different places to chat, chill, read, eat. A 45 second walk will bring you to a little café by the river, where you can both enjoy a Coconut Coffee, or have yoga in the morning. 100% would recommand.

Great villa to stay with friends. The host and the team were so so helpful through out our whole visit and great at communicating if we ever needed anything. The property was very clean and looked just like the photos, and was great value for money. There was construction happening next door but we were made aware of this by the hosts and barely heard it with ear plugs in. Overall we would stay again and we’re very pleased with our visit - thank you! 🙂 5⭐️

Lovely house. great pool. private pool/house with additional bedrooms makes this space suitable for a family + 2 couples or 2 families. great communication with hosts with lots of recommendations and quick responses to any requests. great location half way between hoi an old town and the beach. lots of food options within walking distance and easy to catch grabs if you want to go further afield. bikes supplied so you could explore paths through fields in all directions.

From check in to check out everything was extremely smooth. Minh met us at the time of check-in and he was most helpful and gave all the information. The property is really beautiful and is just 50 meters from the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the property has a beautiful plunge pool too. There are couple of nice restaurants within 100 meters .. Unfortunately had fallen and injured my leg so couldn't clean the kitchen utensils before checkout yet Minh was very cooperative and understood our situation Strongly recommended....

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It’s a beautiful oasis, even better than the pictures, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Thanh and her team took great care of us, super responsive with recommendations and super friendly excellent service from her whole team. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends near Hoi An and the beach.

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!
