Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Thọ Quang

Phuoc is great host! We felt really comfortable thanks to Phuoc :) apartment is super comfy and has great view. We will be back!

The place is impeccably clean and perfectly matches the photos. Duc is incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations. He connected us with Harry, who proved to be an exceptionally reliable guide for our tours. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and the convenience of having a washer and dryer for our laundry needs. While the internet in the master bedroom was a bit slow, I informed Duc, and she seemed committed to addressing it. This might have been due to the high volume of live streams during the fireworks festival last night. The overall convenience and accessibility of this location were outstanding. Should we return to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This corner gets real busy from 5:00 through 9:00 AM. I enjoyed waking up early to drink coffee with the locals and watching the tourists and the local residents going surfing before the sun came up. Once they are done, they eat breakfast and drink coffee. The place has an array of activities with a price list that is in the same ballpark as other places. They offer transportation like scooters and they helped me schedule a grab every morning. They won’t talk to you unless you talk to them but, they’re always ready to help. I will stay with them again if they let me. They maintain the place as if it was a hotel. They offered to clean our room and they did.

Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations: the property was exactly as described (if not better), impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

First of all, the host really paid a lot of attention to me. It was great!!! You are really kind and even if something small happens I was impressed that you solved it right away. Also, in 15 minutes by car, you can quickly reach Hanyang Market. It was nice to have a restaurant nearby!

The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good during consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

Anna was the best AirBnB host I’ve ever had. She was very great with communication, she went above and beyond with recommendations, made sure we were comfortable, and helped us with transportation. Everything was accurate to the listing. When I come back to Da Nang, I will try my best to come back to Anna’s homestay.

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I could move quickly wherever I went. I want to use this accommodation again when I come back to Da Nang next time.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.
