Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Great walkability with shopping, restaurants, wine bars, Lake Harriett bandshell, rose garden, peace garden and farmers markets all nearby. Only 5 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Maria's place was very clean, stocked (towels,shampoo, body wash, dishes,etc.) We were there to visit my son and it was very close to his location. Maria came over to show us how to run the A.C. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We plan on staying there again next summer.

We weren’t there long, but enjoyed a comfortable stay at Jean and Craig’s house. The home is full of interesting furniture and is kept spotless. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed playing tennis at the courts one block away!
