Jennifer was as hospitable as advertised. Her place was easy to find, nestled in a safe neighborhood and perfect for my wife and I and our three kids. We enjoyed the community of Thedford which was very friendly. The local grocery and the Sandhills Corral restaurant in particular were great. We will certainly book with her again when visiting.

This place was amazing especially if you want to relax and enjoy the peaceful quietness of the Sandhills. Would definitely recommend.

Julia is a fabulous host! She helped me out with a last minute reservation and I really appreciated that! I am traveling and working remotely so I like to stay for a few months at a time. Unfortunately this was not an ideal location for me to stay for that period of time. Although it’s very pretty and safe, there’s not much to do and the nearest Wal Mart or any type of large shopping is 65 miles away. Yes there are some local grocery stores which are about 20 min and one down the street for last minute items. It’s great for a vacation spot if you are 4 wheeling since the national park is right down the road. The cabin was small but had everything I needed. There is no sofa just a recliner and a lounge chair. It could use a little refresh. The coal trains are directly across the street and run 24/7-plus it’s right off the main highway. That made work a little difficult being on the phone. WIFI is great along with cell service. Nice size garage also! Thank you again Julia!

Delightful home to stay in while visiting the area - Steve has all the amenities and a lovely back yard where I spent some hammock time. Easy to find comfortable bed - I’d stay here again!
