Another great stay in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped , perfect bedding, plenty of storage. A beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors. A little noisy during the day with the road just below but it's not disturbing . I've been booking several times with Aravis Tour and I'm not disappointed . Responsive, professional and attentive .

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay we had at Jacque's place. From the moment we met him we felt extremely welcomed. He is a delightful fellow and made us feel so at home. Him and his wife Christiane hosted a very beautiful apartment with outstanding facilities, they have both thought of everything to help ensure their guests experience a wonderful stay. Perfect welcome, very attentive but discreet. We had a wonderful stay at Gérard and Anne's where we did not miss anything, there is everything to cook and to stay peacefully from the blender to the deckchairs in the sun (or not). I highly recommend this accommodation from which many hikes start directly. Small mountain restaurant and waterfall nearby... A real joy to live where you feel that the hosts really welcome you for pleasure.

Welcoming and available hosts. Ideal accommodation for a couple, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean. Very nice view of the mountains, peaceful outdoor area for lunch, dinner and aperitivo. Well located close to Lake Annecy, La Clusaz, restaurants and all shops. We had an ideal week in the mountains.

Perfectly equipped and spacious accommodation. Beautiful view of the mountains from the large terrace. Communication with Paul was very easy, he welcomed us very well and responded to all our requests. We will certainly come back to enjoy this beautiful region for longer.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great stay at Le Grand Bornand. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful, he explained everything to us very well and remains very available. We'll be happy to return to this listing.

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
