Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We spent a beautiful week in the chalet, peaceful not far from La Clusaz station 5 min drive away with underground parking (€70 for the week 24/24). There were 10 of us and everyone never complained about a lack of space. Each room had that clean bathroom which is a luxury. Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. The only negative point is the lack of pot and pot to be able to cook for 10.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!

Very good 48-hour stay. The accommodation is functional, super quiet. You need a car to get around, but the distances to the start of the walks are always around 10 to 15 minutes. Our dog was very happy with the large meadow under the apartment that borders the river to let off steam. Would do it again!

Pleasant accommodation, well equipped, well heated and rather well soundproofed. Located close to the shops of Thones and at the same time on a peaceful street. Ease of arrival. 25 minutes from Manigod station. Rodolphe was quick to answer any questions we had.

From the moment you step in, stress melts away. Sit back and enjoy one of the most magnificent views. Emmanuelle's place is a little gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. From visiting beautiful towns like Yvoire, Annecy or walking on the Col des Aravis with views of the Mont Blanc, there is so much to do around. We were between seasons so some of the more local towns had most of their shops closed, but we didn't feel like we missed anything. We really hope to be back at Emmanuelle's place. Everything was perfect for our stay, from the comfy beds, to the lovely terrace with sun loungers and finally a super friendly resident cat who loved to come and say hi and give us cuddles. thank you for everything.

I was in town to cycle the area - the location itself is partway up the Col de la Croix Fry climb! The place was clean and comfortable, with a particularly nice kitchen. What sets the place apart really is the views: absolutely stunning!!! Out every window is a view. Franck and Maria were great hosts and were there to welcome me when I arrived. They answered a couple of questions I had quickly when needed during my stay. And I met their three cats out on the property!

We had a great stay in May in this very nice accommodation. Having direct access to this apartment located on the ground floor of the chalet ultimately makes it a completely independent accommodation.

We are delighted with our stay in this beautiful spacious, welcoming and very well-equipped chalet, we immediately feel at home 😉 a gourmet basket awaited us upon arrival and it was very appreciated and quickly consumed! The environment is quiet, very close to the village of Manigod and Croix Fry where skiing and beautiful walks await us (very good restaurant Les Matins Clairs on the Beauregard plateau). The cottage was spotless, very easy communication with Isabelle who is very responsive as well as Sylvie who was our contact for check-in For groceries you will find everything you need in Thônes! Beautiful snow has fallen and the scenery is beautiful! We'll be happy to go back

We had a great week at this cottage. Nothing to say about the installation, everything is as described, all the amenities are available. It is very well located, the shuttle to the ski resorts is right on the side of the road, the nearby town makes it easy to shop and there are many activities to do within an hour's drive.
