Come and relax in our fully renovated family home, between Annecy and Geneva . Enjoy hiking departures from the house . The accommodation offers a bucolic setting with its garden at the foot of the Sous Dine mountains. Parking 3 places. On the ground floor a kitchen , dining room living room with fireplace , toilet and laundry room . On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet) and a master bedroom with a dressing room. On the 2nd floor, 2 connecting bedrooms with double beds.

Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Savoyard chalet surrounded by nature, at the foot of hiking trails, in a charming village. Splendid views on the surrounding mountains from the Chalet and the terrace. Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
