En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Ce corps de ferme de 250m2 a été totalement rénové, il y a 1500m2 de jardin à votre disposition et une piscine chauffée. Également une table de ping pong, terrain de volley, raquettes de badminton et un babyfoot Deux terrasses Ambiance chaleureuse et paisible, le jardin est très fleuri Décoration choisie avec soin pour l’intérieure et l’extérieure. Les couleurs sont bien présentes et rendent l’endroit convivial. Les pièces sont spacieuses, chacun pourra trouver son petit coin cosy.

Venez vous détendre dans notre maison de famille entièrement rénovée , entre Annecy et Genève . Profiter des départs de randonnées depuis la maison . Le logement offre un cadre bucolique avec son jardin aux pieds des montagnes de Sous Dine. Parking 3 places. Au rdc une cuisine , salon salle a manger avec cheminée , wc et buanderie . Au 1er une salle de bain ( douche + baignoire + wc) et une chambre parentale avec dressing. Au 2eme étage, 2 chambres qui communiquent avec lits doubles.

Ideally located between lake and mountain, 200m from the beach and with a magnificent view of the mountains, the apartment overlooks a terrace and a landscaped garden in a quiet and green environment. You will be able to take full advantage of the place and of the numerous facilities put at your disposal (1 paddleboard, BBQ, ...) for sports, nature, discovery or relaxing holidays. Pleasant in all seasons.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
