Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Thornhurst Township

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay at this cozy house in the Poconos. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere felt warm and homey — just like the photos. Would definitely come back!

This was a very, very comfortable space. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean, the dining area was large and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs nook was a fun, cozy spot. The host was very friendly and very responsive. We would happily stay here again.

Ben and Serena's place was just lovely! And they made the whole experience lovely and easy too. They were a pleasure to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner. They anticipated anything we might need and it was there. The aesthetic of the home is warm, cozy, modern, tasteful and homey. You might not want to leave!

We had a great time, the cabin was perfect for our “minimoon” after our wedding. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was very clean and easy to work. Very happy with our stay!

The Happy Days Chalet was a great spot for a weekend getaway. Although the weather didn’t cooperate while we were there, the inside was comfortable with plenty of seating, spots to play games, and hang out. All the tech worked great and the outside spaces looked lovely even if the rain kept us from using them. We especially enjoyed seeing lots of deer and even a fox!

The place was great and Edward is an excelled host. He helped us out and communicated even late at night. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Cozy, comfortable and clean! Cabin secluded enough for privacy but close to gas, restaurants, recreation. Centralized location for area. Great communication and instructions. Proactive advice to prevent problems, ie GPS. Checked on us thru stay and all around great hosts! I would recommend Ryan and Kaylyn as hosts and their cabin as place to stay.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. It was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and had endless amenities. Marina went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you so much Marina and Ivan!

This place is perfect. There wasn't a single item you could think of that wasn't there. It had everything, and it was very well organized. Perfect hygiene from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the basement. Everything was spotless, well-furnished, with game rooms and a mini-theater for the whole family to enjoy. My family and I really enjoyed it, and we plan to return this summer, God willing. AAAAAAA+++++

Needed a quiet, peaceful, away from every day dealings & I got exactly that here. House was clean, open, beautiful. Loved being so close to the woods and the hike to the falls was great - rocky and wet but there'd been a lot of rain before we got there and a bit more while there so to be expected, but it wasn't difficult at all. Hot tub was very nice! Beds were comfortable. Adored that there were even some dog toys for the 4 legged guests.

Highly recommend! Beautiful and clean home with everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay. My kiddos loved the games and toys, and we appreciated the pack and play! S’mores kit was a thoughtful touch too! Lenore was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. Amazing host! The community was fantastic too! Very easy access to clean lake beaches, pools and playgrounds. Really appreciated we could bring our pups along too. Our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much for sharing your home! Absolutely flawless. I’m extremely picky about lodging, and Jamal’s place was truly perfect. As others have said, it is better than pictures can possibly show. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and it is clear great care has been taken to ensure a comfortable experience for guests. It has a spa-like feel to it. The linens, soaps, etc make it feel like a luxury hotel. The area is safe and private, and the lake is just steps away out the back door. Jamal is the most responsive host we’ve encountered, and is very kind and helpful. This is a place we’d make a special trip to visit again.

My overall experience was great. The area is very quiet and peaceful. You aren't too far away from anywhere including cities like Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. The cottage itself is clean and spacious. Also the host was responsive when questions came up and very kind. If you are looking for an affordable retreat with either just yourself or a couple of friends, this is the place.
