Modern Comfort in Vibrant Thornton Park

Perfect Thornton Park/Lake Eola location AND a super comfy/clean property. Everything we needed during our stay was there in this nicely renovated carriage house property. Our host Blake greeted us, gave a super quick intro to the place and then gave us our privacy. Blake was also super responsive to our questions. The size is just right for two adults and their dogs. Bathroom is on the small side, but my husband (6’3” 250 lbs) had no difficulty at all. It is dog friendly, but had absolutely zero evidence that any pets had been there before us…so clean!!! Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Thanks so much Blake! We’ll be back!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Avantgarde’s home in Orlando. The home was easy to access and conveniently located near great restaurants, bars, and the park. Although the downtown area is lively, the apartment felt like a peaceful and comfortable retreat. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials and comfortable furnishings. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

My kids and I stayed here for a few days, my husband joining us on the last day, and we just had such a peaceful, wonderful time. Everything was in pristine condition, and was so just so welcoming from beginning to end. The entire place inside and out was so cleverly designed, and well-appointed. It is evident that a great deal of care went into transforming this place into a beautiful, enjoyable space. I came home to my bed, and actually missed sleeping in the Livingston Place bed, it was just so comfortable. Our kids were sad to leave, and my son said this was truly a "home away from home". Thanks for your lovely hospitality, Joey and Lindsey!

had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Whether you’re looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, I highly recommend this property. I would absolutely book again!

Had to spend a week in Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and wanted to look for a space that felt like home and also had a vacation feel! Lynn and Tod’s place was just that! The backyard was absolutely JUST as pictured. Absolutely beautiful and so relaxing after a long day at tournaments. The place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and at home! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!
