À 20 min de Sancerre et ses vignobles, 15 min d’Aubigny-sur-Nère, parfait pour découvrir la région, ses paysages et sa gastronomie. Logement indépendant entièrement rénové à neuf niché entre vignes et forêts. Départ des promenades dans les vignes et forêts au pied du gîte. Maison idéalement située dans un village viticole (18) au cœur du Sancerrois à 5kms de l'itinéraire de la Loire à vélo. Église du village classée monument historique. Visite des domaines viticoles avec dégutation à 200 mètres du gîte. Un branchement pour voiture électrique /hybride est disponible sur demande et moyennant participation de 10€ par jour.

Au bout d’un chemin, Il y a deux maisons dont une en travaux (pas de travaux prévus pdt les locations) Nous louons une des maisons d’une surface de 120 m2. Elle se compose d’un grand espace de vie en bas avec salon, cuisine et s. à manger et d’un coin bureau avec lit gigogne (confortable grâce au sommier et matelas) Deux chambres avec chacune leur sdb. Un beau terrain avec piscine et étang complète ce lieu. Un havre de paix au calme et au vert. À 15 min. de Sancerre et à 2h de Paris.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

"Chez Sophie" Longhouse for 6/8 people.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Cédric, cook and Margault, wine sommelier welcome you to their large country house, located on the edge of the forest and close to the vineyard of Menetou-Salon, between Bourges and Vierzon. Modern comfort, petanque court, spa, billiards, darts, foosball and many other games available. Ideal for family or friend gatherings. Cellar visits (Menetou-Salon, Sancerre, Quincy...), tasting workshops, meals and cooking classes organized on request.
