It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Beautiful villa for 6 people with heated pool (end of May/end of September) located at the foot of the castle of La Chapelle d'Angillon, birthplace of Alain Fournier and less than 2 hours from Paris. We are located between Sologne and Sancerrois. The villa is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends Nearby you will find tourist attractions: Aubigny-sur-Nère 10 minutes away, La Borne (potters' village) 20 minutes away, Bourges and Vierzon 30 minutes away, Sancerre and its vineyards 40 minutes away.

La Jonchere private chateau

Located only an hour and a half south of Paris. Live in your own chateau in its private park with shared swimming pool on the Grande Saudre river. The chateau is located within the Loire valley area with tourist sites such as Sancerre being only 30 minutes away by car. The nearest town is Aubigny sur Nere which has 600 years of Scottish history. Both Orleans and Bourges with their magnificent cathedrals are within an hour's drive. There is a snack bar site. Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.
