Guesthouse holiday rentals in Three Rivers

If you are visiting Sequoia National Park, then look no further because this location is awesome! You have private access to the Kaweah River. You are a 7 minute drive to the park entrance. You are a 5-10 minute drive from several restaurants. This property has so many amenities - outdoor ping pong table, basketball, outdoor kitchen, many outdoor seating areas, streaming TV options, so much! This property is clean and comfortable. It felt spacious. The linens were softer than luxury hotels. The host provided complimentary water and snacks, which was a nice surprise. The host is so friendly and very responsive. Three Rivers is the perfect location as a home base to explore both Sequoia and Kings Canyon. If we have an opportunity to return, we would definitely rebook this property. It’s a 10 out of 10 in every way. Worth the price. You won’t be disappointed!!

The Annex is a charming romantic hideaway, filled with trees, water features, deers, quail and other fun critters. We loved it. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition the neighbors are nice and helped us with fishing fun. The Bridge restaurant was good within a beautiful setting. Thank you Mary

Beautiful private guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants and coffee in town.

I highly recommend! The place was quiet, peacefully and had nice views. Visitors in the morning included, turkeys, rabbits, humming birds.

We loved Log Ness for our trip to Sequoia national park! It had plenty of space for two people, and the AC stood up to the heat keeping us nice and cool. The screened in porch was perfect for dinners. The surroundings were prettier in person than they were in the photos, and we even caught a sighting of Log Nessie!

Vicki is very flexible and helpful. After our checkin, the next day we had an issue with our truck and we needed recommendations and Vicki pointed us to the superb mechanic and our problem was resolved. She offered pick up in case we were stuck. Very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our time at the property like our home. I will always come back every year or every couple years to this place and stay at Vicki’s.

For the area, which I know well, this is about as good as you can get. Nice clean place/ grounds with space around the building so not much to disturb you.

This is the perfect private spot to stay at in sequoia, the listing is better in person both on inside and out. It’s clean, spacious, has all the kitchen appliances you need to prepare food for hikes, has a good heating system, and disconnects you from the real world. We had breakfast at the river dock, an unforgettable experience. It’s just beautiful. It’s perfect. Some things to know: bring aluminum and parchment paper as they aren’t provided and bring your own coffee if you’re picky like me. Other than that, everything is provided. Oh, the neighbor also has a rooster, so if you can sleep through a hurricane like me you’ll be fine but if you’re a light sleeper then I recommend ear plugs. Also the host is extremely kind and respectful, we didn’t get to meet her but she was quick in response and reliable! And a huge thanks to Chris for HBO btw!

Kristen’s place was everything we hoped for + more! The house was even better than the photos extremely cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming, homey feel. The peaceful farmhouse setting was tranquil, with stunning views and stars so clear at night. It exceeded all our expectations after a great sequoia hike! Kristen was an amazing host, super responsive, kind, and made everything so easy. Would absolutely stay 100x again!

In all honesty, I was skeptical and a little unsure in regards to booking here. I mean it’s a guesthouse! BUT I am glad I gave it the chance, because let me tell you! What I loved most about this place is how at home it made me FEEL. It was clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing! The bed was so comfortable and clean. Pillows were fluffy. Slept like a baby!Great working AC and Heater. Had some water and snacks available, which was a nice treat, compared to others. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Even had great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. AND blow dryer, curling iron and hair straightener. For the ladies, that’s a huge plus! It was quiet and private. No interruptions or loud surroundings. It made me feel safe and secure. I loved every minute of tranquility and bliss. As for the price, I say it was money very well spent! I was even sad to leave! Haha. Anyway, I definitely recommend booking here. And I will most definitely keep it in my favorites for next time!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The space was spotless, modern yet warm and cozy. The host added so many thoughtful personal touches like snacks, a bottle of wine, bottled water, quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and even disposable slippers. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Sequoia National Park. The host was very kind, responsive, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend!

The Hummingbird Cottage was quaint, clean, beautiful, and stocked with all of the necessities. Walter was also a gracious and welcoming host. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to experience Visalia or Sequoia!

We had a great stay. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed. Lots of wildlife seen from the patio. Close to town. Pretty much as close as you can get to Sequoia NP. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful place! The place exceeded my expectations. I booked this place for my wedding as I was getting married five minutes away, I had lots of visitors and everyone kept commenting on how amazing the place was both inside and out. I couldn’t believe how wonderful the place had been designed and styled. Not only that, I realized the morning of my wedding there was not a full length mirror on the Airbnb. I asked Karen at 7 am if it was possible for me to get a mirror, and a beautiful full length mirror was delivered an hour or so later. I was so grateful. Not only that, the owner left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, and the pillow cases said Mr. And Mrs. On them. We really appreciated the cute little touches and thoughtfulness. Would absolute recommend and would stay again!

Karen and her place were amazing. She was so proactive about getting us set up for the trip and check-in. The place looked like the photos and it was very clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
