Really cozy and comfortable apartment with a lovely and welcoming history. The neighborhood has some nice coffee shops and restaurants but feels tucked away and not too busy, very convenient with the train to get into Thao Dien and also the heart of D1. Felt like I had my own personal retreat in the city.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is cleaner, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, and it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great place to stay in HCM city. The place is tucked away inside the alley so there is no traffic noises. Located near to those major attractions and within walking distance. Hosts are responsive, Friendly and helpful. Will be stay there again if I happen to come back to HCM city

Everything is very close and free bus service available from here to anywhere just call Huyen to get all informations about it.I really enjoyed my whole trip Would love to come back again .

The apartment is superbly located, the city center is quickly accessible by bus, Grab or on foot. Many nice restaurants and cafes, supermarket pharmacy and everything you need nearby. We were here for a month and very satisfied. Apartment is on a very small quiet street, so you could sleep well. Washing machine and cleaning service available. We were here for a month and felt very comfortable.

Mr Phuc was very efficient, friendly and helpful at checkin. The space was large enough for 2 people to be comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was awesome! Having all the stores and shops downstairs was very convenient. It was a little hot outside of the bedroom as the air conditioning unit was not out there and the fan didn’t help much. The neighbors were friendly 😊

Great location right next to the airport. I had a late flight but Estelle provided clear instructions for late check-in. Perfect for first-time travellers. Host was very responsive and proactive making sure I had everything I needed. Also so many great food options in walking distance with great recommendations listed in the room. A very good and convenient neighborhood, with high-quality and thoughtfully designed apartments. Responses are very quick, and there are numerous amenities both inside and outside. The apartment owners are true professionals. The building itself has six comfortable, high-speed elevators with air conditioning, 24/7 security, a swimming pool, a shopping mall within a few minutes’ walk, and more. There’s nothing to complain about, which is the best indicator of truly great housing. And may it always stay this way!
