Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.
