"Country life" in the city in the "Lerchänäst"

Close to the city, the investor apartment is on the ground floor of a 100-year-old apartment building with lots of space, a private entrance and outdoor seating. A kitchen including a dishwasher and everything else you need to pamper yourself with your favorite menus. The spacious garden in the middle of the city, with playground equipment, fire bowl and 3 free-range chickens can be used. The house is quiet for city conditions, but is enlivened by our 2 children and partly by the other 4 parties.
