Set in a very quiet peaceful area, this a very compact little space (studio) is part of a 120 yr old victorian cottage surrounded by greenery and beautiful walks, its perfect for a quiet getaway. There is Sky TV and NETFLIX, it has its own entrance, courtyard garden and driveway. Hertford North station is only 5 mins away which gets to Finsbury Park in 30 mins or Moorgate in 55. Hertford is a beautiful little town with so much history and lots of nice pubs and restaurants

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks

Claudia and Andy are the perfect hosts. They have tried to think of everything. The cabin is so much more than the pictures show. It spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. A quiet retreat just far enough away from the world to feel fully disconnected, but close enough to big towns and tourism. Also an easy enough distance to enjoy a day in London, if that's your thing. We just wanted peace and quiet which Claudia's place most certainly provides. You will also be treated to birds of prey in the skies and the cute furry things on the ground too. Can't wait to return

Heather’s communication and preparation was excellent. The property was very clean and very nice indeed. The walk to Welwyn north station was less than 5 mins - then 22 mins into central London each day. Overall a strong recommendation from me and I would definitely stay again. Big thanks to Heather.
