The stylish old town apartment with gallery is located in the top floor of a half-timbered house, in close proximity to the water. A spicy mix of nostalgia & modern, an oasis of well-being whose ancient beams know how to tell you some stories. Large, light-flooded living room with chicken ladder that leads up into the former Heustadl, today a cozy sleeping gallery. With modern chic kitchen, a dining table with fantastic lake view & hanging chair overlooking the old town.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The largest of our three apartments has space for eight people and impresses with its modern, individual furnishings on 135sqm. The large sunny southwest balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. Northeast, the smaller balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun and a shaded break during the day. A third balcony is facing east. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the picturesque town center. Constance is only a few minutes away by car.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included.
