You will be based on a working farm with walkable access to the many footpaths and viewpoints that crisscross the stunning Kent countryside, finding a few local pubs along the way! We are lucky enough to be within driving distance of many special attractions such as Leeds Castle, Canterbury, and the Kent coast.

Welcome to Howe Court Accommodation. The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It has its own private entrance and hot tub. Located in a rural area at the end of a bridleway at the foot of the North Downs in Kent. Ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions . Dog friendly. We cater for guests looking for a relaxing night away. We are not a party venue. Music must be kept at a very low level at all times.

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
