We had 2 nights at Kristians house Was perfect location for us as we were spending our time in London Close to train station Plenty of places to eat Lovely quiet location, the house was beautiful with so much space Would highly recommend and book myself again

Beautiful garden, quiet. Nice walks. Nice friendly atmosphere and host very helpful. Really homely place and suited us perfect with a young family and dog. Was sad to leave and would definitely go back

We booked for a week and then booked again for a second week, Rory and his mum Jane were fantastic, even got an invite to a birthday party at their own home. Such a great family run business, I will be coming again possibly on a long term contract 😉☺️

My family and I stayed at Nigrita’s delightful little apartment whilst holidaying in England visiting relatives. From check in until check out the hosting was communicative, quick and incredibly accommodating. In addition there are fantastic walks in the Essex countryside on your doorstep! we would love to stay again.

The house was clean and matched the description. The hosts were helpful and very quick to reply when needed. I would recommend the place and if it happens to be in the area I would stay here again.

Habib made our stay very welcoming. He was very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Very nicely located. Lovely house. A couple of points for future guests - the house does not heat evenly. If you have it warm enough downstairs (or even not quite warm enough,), it’s like a furnace on the top floor! Obviously heat rises, but it’s pretty extreme. There are no basic things like salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen, we probably should have double checked with the owner, but it’s the first time in 8 years of Airbnb-ing there hasn’t been, so just a heads up to bring every possible thing you might need for your meal prep. However, it’s close to Asda (in the car), so not the end of the world. Easy check in & out.

We have stayed at Theresa accommodation quite a few times now and shes has been a fantastic host. She gives clear instructions of where the house is and how to enter. The house is lovely and clean with modern appliances. Rooms bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay again if in the area.

I loved staying at this home! We stayed for about 2 weeks and had a great time there. The nearest train station was about a 10 minute walk. Super easy to get there. There was 3 rooms total 2 beds in 2 of the rooms and 1 in the smaller room. Plus the sofa bed downstairs. The kitchen was very clean, easy to use, lots of cabinet space. The bathroom was also very nice we had a difficult time figuring out the shower but after contacting the host, they gave clear instructions and we were able to get it done! Overall our stay was very neat and organized super clean as well. Made some of my favorite memories there with my family 10/10 rating!!

The house was very big, my family were very happy be there. We will definitely come back in the future. I recommend!

The home was immaculate, clutter free and the location is great being just 7 minutes beyond the M25 exit on the A2. The host was very responsive. Thank you for a pleasant stay, would stay again. Highly recommend.

We totally enjoyed our stay and it felt like home from home. Accommodation was clean, lovely, appearance was as advertised, easy parking and close to our engagements. BYK was prompt in responding to messages. We totally loved the place.

This property is very homey and welcoming everything is new and at top standard the host of this property is very friendly and welcoming and always contactable if you need any assistance while staying at this property she supplied WiFi, refreshments and more. I would definitely come back time and time again and I will be recommending this to all my family and friends. Very good value for money also!
