This pretty ground floor, fully equipped, has an exterior with garden furniture. Close to pretty towns such as Annecy (20 min), Geneva (35 min) and Aix-les-Bains (40 min), it is located in a small, very quiet hamlet. Come and enjoy the ski resorts, hiking, water sports, many activities.

Appartement de 40 mètres carrés à l étage de ma maison. Chambre séparée. Accès indépendant. Il ni a qu'un seul appartement, vous serez donc les seuls voyageurs. Nonglard est un petit village très calme à 12 km d’Annecy. . Je suis à la retraite, donc disponible pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller. L'heure d'arrivée est flexible. Le terrain est clos, accés par portail électrique. Attention je n accepte pas les animaux ....
