Beautiful Moroccan feel to this unique and comfortable studio space ,which is set in the small , lush ,creative ,food plentiful garden of the main house ,which was a 1850's haberdashery. Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
