House holiday rentals in Tías

This is the second time that we have stayed at Susanne's. Because there is no key lock, we had to wait a few minutes for the host to turn up. The property was very clean and spacious and well located within one to two minutes walk to the esplanade and sea. there is also a shopping centre with a large supermarket within eight to ten minutes walk. Suzanne was very responsive to our request for some pizzas and salad as we were arriving late. We were also pleasantly surprised to find some beer and wine in the fridge. We plan to return again in the autumn.

Ha estado una estada perfecta! La casa que teníamos estaba impecable, con todos los recursos que necesitas e incluso más (pinzas, todos los utensilios de cocina, tendedero…). La casa es preciosa, luminosa, espaciosa, con unas vistas increíbles, y muy muy cómoda. La recomendamos al 100%. Mika un anfitrión genial, super atento y amable, nos recomendó lugares para ver, y nos ayudó en todo. Para acceder a la casa necesitas un coche que esté preparado para subir por un camino de tierra y piedras. Vale mucho la pena! Gracias!!

Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it. Carol & Tim made us feel extremely welcome and were happy to let us share their stunning villa - they’ve made the accommodation feel like home. Everything is so well stocked and in excellent condition. They kept in touch throughout the week so any questions we had were quickly answered. Cab driver found the villa a little difficult to locate upon arrival but our flight was late at night so it was very dark - much easier in the daylight! Would highly recommend. Thanks once again Carol & Tim - we had a brilliant holiday.

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and it all went well. Area was clean quiet and safe and 10 min walk to the beach. Apartment is in a very small complex. it met all our needs and the private outdoor area and bbq area was the highlight as well as the communal pool that no other residents used while we were there so my son had it all to himself. coffee, tea, water, wine and snacks on arrival was a bonus. communications were clear and quick. some minor downsides was a bit of noise from neighbours at times but that is expected in a complex. was a few hours of loud noise from adjacent construction site one morning. the shower was very good but ran out of hot water after a few minutes. i think it would feel a bit cramped for 4 people but for 2 or 3 its perfect in size. overall very happy and would recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem älteren Herrschaftshaus. Tolle Terrasse mit grossem Pool, viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Aussicht ist super, Ausstattung hat es alles was man braucht, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Man braucht zwingend ein Auto, aber Lage ist sehr gut (viele grosse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in 20 Minuten erreichbar). Besitzerin sehr nett, gab uns viele gute Tipps. Für Ruhesuchende ideal.

Would highly recommend. A beautiful apartment in a great spot. The apartment is spacious and very clean with a lovely big balcony great for catching some sun. Luca & Sara were very responsive and helpful from start to finish. The instructions on how to find the apartment and to access were very clear and helped for an easy check in which was appreciated. We had a great time and will definitely be returing Thank you!!

My husband and I had a lovely week long stay at this apartment. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped for a self catering stay. Excellent communications from hosts Karen and Braulio, with a really helpful video for finding the apartment upon check in. The apartment has a good sized terrace with sunloungers which gets the sun for most of the day. The complex is located about a 20 min walk from the centre of Costa Teguise but the walk is really pleasant along the coastal path. Great apartment, we would definitely return here :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, really stylish, airy comfortable and well designed. loads of beautiful architectural flourishes, like the panoramic sea facing windows, the internal open courtyard and the lovely pool and landscaped garden. Amazing views from the garden especially at sunset towards the mountains and to the sea. the house is so lovely that we just wanted to stay in at first. It is a great location to visit the rest of the island. easily. There is something really special and realaxing about being in a mountain location with wide panoramic views. being there was a real tonic. The host was responsive and the house really clean and well maintained. I think this place is great value for money. Ee will be recommending it to friends and returning again ourselves. Logement que je recommande sans restrictions: conforme aux photos, très proche de l'océan ( 2 minutes à pieds ), au calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour y passer un excellent séjour: très bien équipé pour cuisiner, pour lessiver. Très bien placé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île, proche d'une station essence( 5 minutes ), de l'aéroport ( 20 minutes ) ainsi que de tous les lieux touristiques à visiter sur l'île. Sara est très réactive par messages pour toutes questions. Encore un grand merci à Sara pour l'excellent accueil.

Fantastic apartment, very welcoming host, well stocked with home essentials. Thoroughly cleaned, outdoor space was lovely, and peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of a small harbour with excellent restaurant choices, and a 10 minute drive to tourist hotspots. Could not fault it and will return one day soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much,this house is beautiful and spacious,only a short drive to the beach with many great restaurants and wonderful views,definitely hope to return one day and would highly recommend.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, la zona muy tranquila, cerca del aeropuerto y de la capital

Nos alojamos en casa de Jessica y fue una experiencia muy agradable. Ella fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El estudio, aunque pequeño, era funcional y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Sin duda, lo mejor fue el porche con vistas al mar, desde donde pudimos disfrutar de unos atardeceres espectaculares. Realmente no hacía falta ir a otro sitio. La zona es muy tranquila y está cerca del pueblo, con bares, supermercados y todas las comodidades al alcance.

Lovely host along with an excellent and quiet location.... the price you pay is a ten minute walk up hill from the main harbour area but it was worth the walk to us because it was so tranquil and terrace is a lovely space to waste away those lazy days. The pool was slightly bigger than expected, long enough to swim a few strokes and cold enough to cool you down in the scorching heat! Excellent facilities inside as well including everything you'd need in the kitchen, real value for money. Some very minor décor issues, odd things looking a little tired, stopped it being 100% perfect... but it really is a lovely place which we highly recommend.

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie abgebildet – eine sehr hübsche Wohnung in Form einer Maisonette mit schöner Einrichtung und abgeschirmter Terrasse. Die Betten sind auch für sensible Rücken toll - man schläft perfekt drin! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, einige gute Restaurants sind gleich in nächster Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das La Santa hatte leider gerade geschlossen, aber wir haben im Nachbarort La Costa zufällig ein unglaublich gutes kleines Lokal (M. P. ) gefunden. Echte Empfehlung! Gofio Mousse dort probieren …! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, hübsche Ortschaften - wir hatten allerdings auch ein Mietauto zur Erkundung der Insel. Maira ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und kann immer kontaktiert werden, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Wir hatten wegen eines ausfallenden Fluges einen schlechten Start in den Urlaub und wurden zum Trost gleich mit dem Nötigsten versorgt. Unseren herzlichsten Dank an Maira - wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

This historic house is full of character and it has a welcoming feel as you step in. Valeria, the owner has made it so beautiful with her interesting choices of decor and attention to detail and she is always ready to help; it is light and warm and dry even when the weather has been less good. The interior courtyard is a gem, a haven of peace and a place to enjoy. From the house there are many restaurants within walking distance and walking round Teguise is full of interest and so easy with the lack of cars. Fantastic holiday, thank you.

Fabulous villa with beautiful sea views, very comfortable and well appointed. Outside space is exceptional with bbq and lots of seating. In a quiet location, with a well stocked supermarket nearby and great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The host Pablo was a joy to deal with, utterly charming and responsive, greeted us on arrival. Our first experience of an Airbnb property overseas and definitely won’t be our last! Would highly recommend.

Tutto perfetto! L'alloggio era molto pulito ed era dotato di ogni cosa per poter cucinare ma anche lavare i vestiti, l'alloggio ha un parcheggio privato e la posizione è buona.

Séjour d’une semaine dans la Villa, Magnifique habitation, décoration tout simplement incroyable. Piscine de grande taille, logement tout équipé pas besoin de prévoir quoi que se sois de plus que de la détente. Hôte réactive et souriante, Merci Hattie pour se formidable séjour.

Il miglior alloggio su Airbnb che abbia mai vissuto! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tutto nuovo, curato e pulito. Fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Zona tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio davanti a casa e molti supermercati vicino: a 2 minuti a piedi un primo supermercato con tutto il necessario. Nel paese vicino uno un po’ più grande. Zone d’interesse facilmente raggiungibili! Se volete scappare dalle zone turistiche e affollate, la casita è il posto giusto! Grazie Sergio!

This place was amazing, clean, modern and probably one of the nicest we have stayed in with the price being a real dealbreaker. Jorge is amazing and meets you at the property to show you around overall lovely place to stay with a 5 min walk to the local beach and matagorda shopping centre

3 of us had the most idyllic 5 days at Marina Elia. The villa is beautiful & tastefully decocarated and within walking distance of the Marina & its nice selection of bars & restaurants (even with the steep hill walk home!) If possible it is even better than the pictures show (no magic camera required) Inside there was everything you could posdibly need, a beutiful fully equipped kitchen, fab comfortable furniture, gorgeous bathrooms. The outside area was stunning & we're missing the pool & hot tub already. Iain & Teresa were brilliant hosts & incredibly responsive. We will be recommending this amazing villa to friends & family.
