We were lucky enough to spend a month in Martin's apartment, and we loved our stay! If you are looking for peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, this is clearly the perfect place, our favorite to stay in Ushuaia. You can't get enough of the view from the bedroom and living room balconies, with the Beagle Canal as a backdrop! Private access to the canal is also a real plus, very appreciable. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the bedding. A big thank you to Martin, always responsive and available when needed. We will come back without hesitation!

Stayed 9 days here and had a wonderful time at the Gente del Sue apartment. Everything was clean, location was convenient, and the bedroom view of the Beagle channel was seriously unmatched. Fitted the needs of the trip great. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation! Nice decor, well-equipped, good heating and everything is very clean. The area is super quiet, facing the lake, ideal for resting. I recommend it!

We loved staying with Ruben and Susana, it has permanent heating, the breakfast is very complete and rich, we were always transferred to the center and the tours at a much lower cost than if we did it by taxi or collective... they helped us a lot with the tips of the place!... we definitely recommend it 100% to any traveler!

I really enjoyed my stay at Fede’s place . The location is awesome. Close to everything. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars …. I’ll definitely recommend her place .

Cintia communicated at all times, giving me recommendations in conjunction with Bruno (her son). I felt like at an aunt's house, with a family friendly and quiet atmosphere that allowed me to rest as I wanted. The room is at the end of the hallway, where I was given a key for more privacy, towels and a small table where I could take my class normally. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, they have a separate fridge for guests. I would definitely stay with them again! ☺️

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, organized and welcoming. We were greeted by the owner's mother, who was very friendly. The place is very organized and fully satisfies the needs, for a very modest amount.

Marina was fantastic, very attentive, the place was wonderful, very quiet and safe, we were greeted with a cake, the house has everything you need to enjoy Ushuaia! Thank you Marina!

This is a cosy place to stay. A little out of town but the Ubers are cheap and very responsive. In return you get a most magnificent view looking across to Ushuaia pier, watching the cruse ships come and go. Lucia was a fantastic host and checked in to see that we were ok. Great value, awesome location.

We stayed here after a cruise and it was the perfect place for a restful stay in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The apartment was kept clean and extremely spacious, and the amenities were great, e.g. the kitchen was well-equipped and there was a laundry room where we could wash our clothes. Our host, Lorena, was also very responsive. While the location is some distance from the centre of Ushuaia, we could get around easily by Uber. There is also a large supermarket (La Anonima) a 10-15 min walk away, as well as a smaller shop with basic groceries (Kiosco Melina) a block away. The only thing we would highlight is that if you're tall, it may be easy to bump your head at certain parts of the loft apartment!

Lucas is an incredible host, he will go out of his way to help you explain you whatever you need to be explained, guide you. overall was an unbelievable experience!
