The studio was just as described. Beginning in our apartment hunting process, Jeff was very helpful, communicative, and flexible.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

Micro fiber beach towels are genius and the private yard and shed stocked with beach wagon chairs and supplies create a stress free beach bum experience. WiFi and TV ready for your streaming accounts. Love the wraparound white sheers for a luxurious simple view of palm trees early morning sunlight and passersby while enjoying coffee slow and leisurely. Easy communication with owners and manager as needed. Super clean inside and peaceful neighborhood outside. Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.

Great bungalow for a few nights stop over! The AC is located only in the bedroom so no problems sleeping in a cool room. The bathroom did get quite later in the day since it’s on the opposite side of the bedroom with AC, and its pretty small for a 6ft person but we managed just fine. The deck was very nice to relax on during the cooler hours of the day. I would book a weekend stay again.

From the moment I booked Sharon's condo, the entire process was easy-breezy! Communicating with Sharon prior to our trip was seamless. Once we arrived, the condo was easy to find (although it probably helped that I'm familiar with St. Pete) and easy to access. Once inside, we were greeted by a bright, beautiful condo that already was cool (temperature wise) so we didn't have to wait for the air to kick on. The entire home was spotless and very nicely decorated in a Florida motif. We loved that the pool was literally out of the front door and parking was easy too. Our hope is to return in the fall and if we do, we will definitely stay at Sharon's place again. Thank you to a wonderful host who helped to make our trip memorable!!

I can't say enough great things about this place!! the dock overlooking the water was absolutely stunning. we saw manatees every single day! the pool was clean and relaxing and the housing was quiet and well kept. we were highly impressed!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

The place was very clean. Good location for what I was in town for. The hosts were. Very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean. Not very quiet, but that is not a fault of the host. Busy intersection. The only negatives I had were that the window air conditioner was very loud. Typical hotel room unit. And, the beds were not very comfy. Again, a hit and miss with hotel room accommodations with comfy beds.

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Communication from the time I placed the reservation was easy. Brandon responded to my inquiries and questions promptly. The property is lovely and conveniently located in Pass a Grille. We loved our stay and will certainly consider this location in the future.

A great host that helped me check in early. The apartment was very nice and I loved the location. An easy 20 minute walk to get to most places.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.
