Condo holiday rentals in Tierra Verde

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Great clean spot convenient to everything!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

The stay is perfect for a single traveler or couple. Parking can be tricky but Janie and Wayne are responsive in getting your vehicle registered and letting you know where to park. The place was clean, free of sand, the AC unit really kicks well and thank goodness! It made a huge difference in a bearable stay and relaxing time. I cooked every day, Janie and Wayne provided all utensils needed. I am PICKY on mattresses, but this wasn't a problem as the bed provided was comfortable & I was able to sleep through the night. It was easy to make this spot a home away from home. Bars and restaurants are conveniently located right below! And the beach is across the street. I would definitely stay here again if I revisited the area!

I travel often and I stay at Airbnb’s because I cook my own food so I always need a place with a well equipped kitchen.. this had it all! Also INCREDIBLY clean! I was very comfortable here and it is a wonderful quiet community. Great beds and washer/dryer! Very convenient location. Nothing but positive things to say. Hopefully I will be back soon

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was in a great community with access to a pool which we really loved. The area was quiet and private which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was clean and pristine. The location was within driving distance to everything whether it be the beach, shops, restaurants or other activities. Sydney was very responsive and communicated with me on numerous occasions. We ended up having to leave a day early and she even refunded me a day when she didn’t have to. Between the location, the condo itself and the owner, I would highly recommend this location and know you will enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Picturesque location, beautiful view of the water! Exactly as shown in the pictures very clean and well appointed. It was a pleasure doing business with Olga. She is pleasant and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

We visited during the last week of August, and we had a great time staying in Victoria's condo. The home is very roomy, clean, well equipped and feels like a great beach home. The neighborhood is very nice right on a golf course, somewhat walkable for a morning stroll, and just 5 mins away (driving) to Pass-a-Grille or St Pete beaches. Thank you Victoria for hosting my family!

We loved this condo! It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful view of the golf course, walking distance to a lot of our favorite places, close to the pool and they even provide 2 bikes. The main thing about Cori’s place is the incredible view of Tampa Bay right from the balcony a few steps away. You’ll see fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins, manatees, and lots and lots of pelicans. The bay is endlessly entertaining. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable, well-stocked and in a great south side location. The main “Yacht Club” pool complex is excellent. Thanks, Cori, for being such a good communicator.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

Island Inn Resort #304 was the best room. Everything was perfect. Every little detail was thought out perfectly by Rebecca. Everything was spotless. Beach chairs and umbrella was much appreciated and made our trip that much more relaxing. We walked to everything even though it’s a mile or two, we didn’t mind because the spot was more of a private beach setting. Everyone was so nice and Rebecca is the best host!! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!!

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing. So beautiful and chill. The apartments view is so awesome and beautiful. So convenient with the pool and the beach so close by! It was the perfect getaway. Can't wait to go back.
