Beautiful well-equiped gite close to amenities

Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer.

new cottage, in the countryside but close to shops and essential services. 15 minutes from Marciac, 20 minutes from the Nogaro automobile circuit, 1.5 hours from the mountains and 2 hours from the ocean. On site, hiking or mountain biking trails, Water House (Adour natural site: guided walks, fishing spots), circus school and various festivities. Caves of Saint-Mont and Madirannais to visit. Organic grocery store (group of local producers) and market every Thursday nearby.

Where old meets new in perfect harmony. Everything you need for short or long stay vacation. Rural setting, close to the Adour River. In an area of natural beauty. This region of France is known as the gastronomic department. The vineyards are many. And they offer tastings. Local produce foie gras, Duck, Croustades to name a few. Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

Charming 30 m2 apartment with nice view!

Beautiful and peaceful apartment, amenities within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a 180x200 bed on the upper floor and a 80x200 sofa/bed on the ground floor. Outdoor furniture is available outside. The residence has a swimming pool (July-August) and shaded parking. Although cleaning fees are applied, the apartment must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Bed sheets are not provided, but we can make them available upon request.
