Irena was a great host and very responsive to our questions and requests. We loved the house, it was homely and exactly what we were looking for in our extended family stay. Lovely neighbours, good location near the end of a wide and quiet street. Maryville is a great location and we liked the neighbourhood.

Staying at Kings Cottage was just what we needed between our house sale & moving into the next. We felt very comfortable, in fact it was like visiting a Mosman friend but she just wasn’t there. Almost identical era & layout! Dog friendly was important- lovely grass & a very secure yard gave us peace of mind, there is even a doggy door so super convenient. Distance to Newy is easy, that helped us a lot. Thanks Carly & Katie for having us as guests x

great hosts, the place is big with comfortable beds and linen. there are wooden floorboards throughout and a nice yard. the location is great, quiet street with friendly neighbours. highly recommend this place, close to all amenities in Newcastle
