Superb 30m2 studio, completely renovated, in the "Palafour", on the 9th floor with dedicated elevator to the 9th, 10th and 11th floors. Superb view of the TIgnes lake, Tovière and Grande-Motte glacier, with bay windows, south-facing terrace. Chardonnet, Palafour, Tovière ski lift, Espace Piou-Piou... at the foot of the residence. Direct access to shopping mall, equipment rental, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants. bakery, 2 supermarkets, ski school...etc... Everything is done on foot.

It is located "Promenade de Tovière" in Tignes le Lac, less than 100 m from the ski lifts in winter and the main lakeside activity sites in summer. Bright apartment, located in the Lavachet district at 2100 m altitude, served by free shuttles. South facing balcony overlooking the famous Grande Motte glacier. The residence is located 50m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, ski passes in winter etc.) Access to the ski slopes is 100m away and the return to the residence can be done skis by the feet (from December to May).
