The house has air-conditioned and spacious rooms with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet, living room and integrated kitchen, full laundry, covered garage, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. Perfect for your stay!

This place is perfect for group trips, close to the best beaches of Santa Catarina, (access by car). Well equipped and comfortable, with private garage, (uncovered) electronic gate. Close to a supermarket and pharmacy. (access by car) Residential neighborhood near the lake. The beaches of Tijucas, Porto Belo, Itapema and Meia Praia are close by, but you need a car to get there. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet location near the best beaches in southern Brazil.
