Welcome to our humble yet functional and comfortable basement apartment. Even though the ceiling is LOW (180 cm height to the ceiling) everything U need is here for a family outing. A small beach is only 5 min walking distance away and playgrounds and loads of hiking trails and the fun fare Kongeparken is only 5 min driving away. The center of town with loads of shops and outlet is in walking distance. Made up beds and free towels and coffee and parking makes this your dream destination.

Supercosy, homy house with a wonderful lake view. You will have that nature feeling, beautiful hikes just outside the doorstep. central, close to shopping, cafees and restaurants in Ålgård. 10 minutes walk from the house you can catch the bus to Sandnes or Stavanger. 20 minutes walk to the amusement park Kongeparken. 1 hour drive to skiing resorts. A spacious and bright apartment 5 minute drive from Kongeparken. Right outside the doorstep you will find a lake-beach with canoe hire, hiking trails, a playground and a football pitch. 10 minute walk to the center where you will find restaurants and shopping. 1 hour to drive to Preikestolen, and a large selection of other beautiful hikes such as Ramnstoknuten and Månafossen nearby. Here you can relax in the hammock after a day full of activities. .

Flat located directly on the lake

This place is located by a lake 30 km south of Stavanger. If you want to take a bath or fish in the lake, you are free to do that. There is also a possibility to use our two kayaks. The area offers good hiking opportunities such as Preikestolen and Kjerag. In this lovely place you are getting your own kitchen, a big bathroom with a walk in shower and a bathtub, a nice bedroom and a good sized living room with a nice view over the garden and the lake.

The apartment is in the middle of Bryne city center and it is possible to park for free in parking facilities as well as a lot of parking in the nearby area. I live in the apartment as usual, so there will be personal belongings in the apartment.
