We had a really nice time. Although the comments mention a road very close, the tranquility has been present at all times. The space was comfortable, a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a hair dryer and towels. Although there is a small hot plate for cooking and a refrigerator, I would not recommend it for stays where you want to prepare meals. The exterior is very pleasant, a small table with chairs and umbrella, ideal for quiet cold dinners😍 There is parking and a very nice pool.

Upon arriving we were immediately breathtaken by the view at the sea of Monopoli and the city itself. Our hosts were extremely kind and showed us around the huge place. There is a big terrace outside next to the appartement, but the true star of this location has to be the pool area. There is another place to sit in sofas there and the pool itself is really big as well. It's quite an experience swimming there with such view, in a daily-cleaned pool. Everything on the outside makes you almost forget that the inside is also impeccable, this is truly a great place to stay! Another mention has to go the house cat, who also gave us good company.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

Everything Perfect and magical

We spend 7 days in this beautiful, peaceful place. The house was ready clean and look like to photos. Location was perfect only full minutes to Alberobello and Locorotondo with great restaurant to choose from. We will definitely stay in this beautiful place again, hopefully very soon.

Perfect base to explore the region! The property was clean, comfortable and the pool/ outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and cooling down after a day exploring. Wonderful view. In a quiet area overlooking the sassi.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

We were guests of the Proff Filomena in the spring that blooms. Her home is nestled in a small fenced park where tall poplars and fruit trees coexist. Magnificent sunny days took us to discover the Park and a warm focherello welcomed us when we returned, along with the delicacies that our host had left us in the purest spirit of hospitality. The atmosphere is magical! Our enchanted dog, Cora, enjoyed the crutches left for her and enjoyed a great protected freedom! The home is fully equipped for both short and long-term stays. Very clean and super welcoming. The location is enviable in every aspect and the knowledge of the territory of Filomena made us enjoy the short time we had budgeted, but we have already booked for the return trip for a longer stay. Filomena really offered us an enchanted world full of affection! Thanks and talk to you soon!

Beautiful Trullo located right in the historical centre! Spacious, clean and lovely experience!

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and were so impressed by the attention to detail. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated apartment, cozy and comfortable. There were two of us, but it easily accommodates four people. We were greeted in person by Giovanni who was very caring and helpful. The beaches of Policoro can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, Matera in about an hour. Great point to visit the sights of the area. Recommended!

We arrived late but the host still waited for us to welcome us. The couch bed was already prepared for the kids and we found everything we needed. The view from the terrace is spectacular! Unfortunately we stayed only one night but the village seems worth exploring. It is a good place to find peace and quiet. The streets are very narrow, if someone wants to come with a big car, they need to park farther away from the apartment.

Gianvito's place was simply amazing! staying in a trullo was an exceptional experience while visiting Alberbello - it is walkable distance from the town centre. The bed and linen were outstanding we had a really great sleep there, would deffo recommend to others!

It’s a gem, this appartment. Quiet with a fabulous roofterrace and in about 30 Minutes you are in Matera. Owners are quick responders and gave us usefull (diner)suggestions.

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

it was a very lovely stay. Civita is a very beautiful and peaceful village. just make sure to not drive a SUV there as the streets are quite narrow and don't trust Google maps! but the visit is well worth it, we would already wish to go again

This was such a perfect location! Georgia was so helpful with parking recommendations, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Highly recommend this stay!
