Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

The house is on walking distance from the lake where you can walk and swim. On a couple of minutes walk you are in the center of the fortress which has good restaurants and cosy bars. The beaches are on 15 minutes driving by car. The house is located two kilometers from the second (tweede) Maasvlakte and the beaches.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
