We have miles of trails to explore with fields, meadows, forests, and a pond. **Please read carefully ** We are providing a space to set up your personal tent for camping. The property has rustic amenities that will make your stay a bit more comfortable. We have an outdoor composting toilet, outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen that are available for your use.

Your lake adventure starts here! Hosta Haven is located less than 50 steps from the shore of Seneca Lake (East Side) and 3.5 miles from Watkins Glen, NY. The cottage offers stunning views and sunsets from your own private dock, a 6 person hot tub, a propane fire pit and a wrap around deck . You will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located to wineries, breweries, boat rentals, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International and a variety of eateries.

The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Sweet tiny home located beside my home. Enjoy the privacy & the wildlife while remaining close to all the great attractions Watkins Glen & surrounding areas has to offer. The night skies are beautiful from the front porch. Satellite Internet with Roku TV in the living room & bedroom. One mile to She-Qua-Ga Falls. A short drive to Watkins Glen Lakeside Park (4.5 Miles) , W.G Race Track (5.2 Miles), Watkins Glen Gorge Trail (3.4 Miles) & many more great wineries and shops. Pet allowed w/fee.

Farmstay Scottland Yard -The Suite Roost

Scottland Yard is now offering an adorable tiny cabin glamp! Its a wee 8x10 with a full size bed for two, a coffee station and a tiny frig. In the morning, with Scottland Yards finest Copper Horse coffee blend in hand, you will enjoy sitting on the spacious 8x10 covered deck facing east. You'll reconnect with nature as the rising sun reveals the dew covered pastoral vista of hills, grazing horses and sheep. You have a charcoal grill, hammock and water hydrant within your outdoor space.

Tree Camping

Here's an opportunity to elevate your camping experience. Sleep above ground away from the critters and creepies best left to themselves. The tent is extremely comfortable with the feeling of being in a giant hammock. The chosen camp site is located on a peninsular with creeks on three sides. It's total privacy. You'll get the feeling of being in the wilderness. The bathroom is about 1/4 mile away. We are on the east side of Seneca Lake with 75 acres of woods, creeks and orchards.

Catharine Cottages (#1 Seneca)

The cottages are delightful with luxury inside and nature outside. They comfortably sleep 2 - 4 with 2 double beds in one large room. Each cottage has a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a breakfast basket with premium oatmeal, muffins, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

Tina's Lake House | Sleeps 8

Treat yourself to a lakeside escape when you stay at Tina’s Lake House. Located on the West-Side of Seneca Lake, this 4-bedroom home provides lake views from every room, private lake access, and plenty of personal parking. Step out your door and begin the morning with swimming, fishing, or sunbathing all available for your convenience. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with close proximity to local attractions. (Pets are welcome at Tina’s Lake House.)

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp w/dry yurt on platform & a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor heated private shower & a port-a-potty.
