Place was very nice. Erin was very responsive which was appreciated. A little on the pricey side and was sad when asked for late check out and said it was extra charge per hour.

Erin is a fantastic hostess and her place is amazing! She is responsive and extremely helpful. Her space is comfy, cozy, bright, lovely, spotless, and very spacious! Everything you could need at your fingertips. Check in, parking, access all so very easy and effortless. This space is top of my list for my next visit to Lafayette!

Erin’s place is well located in Lafayette. Convenient to the Purdue campus, and plenty of good places for food or coffee nearby. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, and communication was excellent.

The apartment is great and has a great location with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. We were lucky that during our stay there was a farmers market on Saturday, with many local products and live music in the evening. The apartment it’s well equipped and has a nice view from the balcony. The washer/dryer combo was very useful for us. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great spot for a Purdue weekend visit. While not walkable to campus it’s easy access to the golf courses and a quick uber to the bars if needed. Comfy beds and clean house.

Best place we have ever stayed. Lots of room & so clean. Even left yummy treats, Kids loved all. Weather wasn't best for pool but did have fun in hot tub. Was in town for wedding & house was beyond our expectations, thank you so much, highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kevin & family’s ‘Kaufmann Baumhaus’ during our 6 day visit to W. Lafayette for our daughter’s graduation from Purdue Univ. The home’s interior was spotless, exceptionally designed, loaded with homespun charm & beautifully furnished. Everything we needed during our stay was on hand & easily accessible, & we appreciated the privacy & safety of the neighborhood, as well as its close proximity to campus & many restaurants and stores. The grounds of the property are exceptional - a natural, lush landscape set on a hill overlooking Sleepy Hollow nature preserve and park. There are several fire pits & seating areas with comfy furniture covered by sun umbrellas & string lights, creating a warm & relaxing, ambience. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious, helpful & accommodating, greeting us with fresh scones & honey, fresh flowers (even Purdue-themed grad decorations)! It’s very obvious that a great deal of time & TLC have gone into this exceptional property!
