Owenie's Cottage - Enjoy Our Private Hot Tub

VickiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Magical Stay for a Very Special Birthday We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful cottage in Ireland to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cottage itself is charming, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — the perfect blend of cozy and luxurious. The setting is peaceful and scenic, with breathtaking countryside views that added to the sense of escape and relaxation we were hoping for. The hot tub was a real highlight — soaking under the stars with a glass of wine after a day of exploring was magical. My mum was thrilled, and it truly made her birthday feel special and indulgent. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and welcoming. Thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a welcome basket, and helpful local tips made all the difference. They even helped us arrange a few special surprises for my mum, which we’re incredibly grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a more per

Bridgie's Cottage

GerritRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Bridgie's Cottage. So quiet and peaceful, flowers blooming, bees buzzing, birds chirping...but no sounds of traffic. Coffee outside in the morning, drinks outside in the evening, mountain views. Inside is cosy and comfortable. Comfy beds, efficient kitchen, two fine bathrooms. We immediately took to Pat, who was personable, solicitous, sensitive, informative, and well-informed. A deep and lively intelligence and intellect combined with a wonderfully dry humor; we wanted to stay just to spend more time with him. We can't say enough about how happy we were in this beautiful place. We will be back.

Monavaud Lodge-Luxury Seaside Escape

MargaretRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. the house was very clean, with very little clutter. The beds were so comfortable. It was super convenient that the local shop was right across the street from the house and they stock plenty; even some frozen foods, which was handy. Sandy cove is close, and the kids loved the playground nearby (walking distance).. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

Converted Old Stone Barn near the HOOK peninsula.

JanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What an incredible experience! Helen and Frank were welcoming and generous hosts. They provided lots of great suggestions about the areas’ points of interest as well as sharing information about the important role the house had in Irish history. So wonderful! The renovated barn is what we had hoped for in order to experience living in a cozy, traditional countryside cottage! Spotless and had everything we needed. Eggs, rashers, butter, milk and juice in the fridge as well as cereal and snacks!

Charming Cottage in Tulla

RobertRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you’re looking for a rural place in the country side of Ireland this is the place. It’s a small cottage on farm in the rolling hills. It had gorgeous views to look at and no city distractions whatsoever. It does have internet which is very nice and there is a small town with pubs and a grocery store 10 minutes away. It does have a washer, but we did not see a dryer so just keep that in mind. It was an amazing place and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a country stay.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

MaggieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
From the moment we arrived, the Quintessential Cottage felt like stepping into a postcard. Tucked away in a quiet countryside lane, this charming retreat offered everything we hoped for and more: tranquility, character, and that rare sense of timeless coziness. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with thoughtful modern touches. The garden was another highlight. With birdsong in the morning and sunsets casting golden light over the hedgerows, it was the perfect place to unwind with a cup of tea or a good book. Our hosts were attentive but never intrusive—just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without disturbing the peace and privacy of the setting. Whether you're after a romantic escape, a quiet writer's retreat, or simply a break from the modern world, the Quintessential Cottage delivers. A true gem—and one we’ll be thinking about long after we’ve returned to everyday life.

Cartron cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely spot to stay. Stunning set up. Suited our large group with plenty of bedroom and bathroom facilities. Stayed for a Triathlon at Lough Cutra which was handy enough at 30 minutes away. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare plenty of food for the 4 triathletes who were part of our group. Pity about the weather which meant we couldn't get full use of the lovely outdoor cooking and dining facilities. Maybe next time. Ann was very accommodating of our extra needs (bike washing) and the woodland walk was ideal for a quick warm up run before the competition. Place felt very safe and secure. Hopefully will be back.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of lovely walks beside and above the sea. Sean was welcoming and provided helpful information about the area. We used this cozy cottage as our base to cycle The Waterford Greenway Greenway and explore nearby Dungarvan, which worked perfectly.

The Coach House ,Finnitterstown, Adare. V94 EV70

CharlesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Harry's farm house exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect base for exploring County Limerick and the beautiful countryside around Adare. The location is stunning and peaceful. The house is on a working farm with breathtaking views of a Norman ruin right from the front door. The setting feels authentically Irish while still being conveniently located for day trips to Adare and the surrounding areas. The house itself was immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking with local ingredients, and all the amenities were exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi reliable and fast enough for our needs, and the heating perfect, however it wasn't needed for us most of the time. This place was perfect for our family of four to relax, enjoy, and explore all of what County Limerick had to offer. We will certainly come back again and hopefully not too far in the future!

Burren Lakeside Cottage, County Clare

MarjaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It has been a wonderful stay. Clean, beautiful view, loads of privacy and two great welcoming dogs. Gerry gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. Really took the time. I recommand this air bnb. Everything is there. Close to Corofin where there’s a shop and a fantastic place to drink coffee and are having the best cinnamon buns I’ve ever tasted. Close to the Burren information centre. Close to Ennistymon etc. And after being around all day and coming back to farm there was calmness and peace.

Historical Thatch Cottage@Award-Winning Cnoc Suain

JonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely thatched-roof cottage in a rural area. Retrofitted with modern comforts without losing any of its rustic feel. Thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable. Lots of good recommendations and good books about the area and Ireland. As described, Wifi is available up the hill in a common area for guests, not in the cottage, but we liked the break from the Internet. The property is a little north of Galway, in an area that's the gateway to the wonderful Connemara. Down the road from "The Quiet Man" bridge. Magical country.

Charming Coastal Cottage in Ballymacoda

DaisyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our short stay at Kevin's Cottage. We were travelling with a 2 year old (a very lively one) so we were thrilled to discover how spacious the garden was and how short the walk was to the coast, lots of exciting things for our toddler to explore! Aisling also had plenty of toys ready to keep little ones occupied in the cottage and the welcome package was appreciated by all, especially the scones. Aisling's guidebook suggested a range of fantastic activities during our stay. We particularly enjoyed dips in the sea at Knockadoon and Greenlands, exploring Fota Wildflie Park and Gardens and Blarney Castle. We couldn't have asked for a better mini-break and are keen to return again.
