A cozy place to relax, in a safe area, near the city center. Convenient infrastructure, public transport will allow you to easily get to any corner of the city. Close to various shopping malls and supermarkets. The property is located in an environmentally friendly location, close to a forest, bike paths, a river with a beach and a children's playground. You can quickly get to the sea by public and car transport. 20 minutes by transport to the historical part of the city. There is a swimming pool and gyms nearby.

We offer you a modern apartment in a newly constructed building. The apartment is located in a quiet area to the park and the Botanical Garden. Near the house a department store "RIMI", in which there is a pizzeria, a cheese factory shop, a pharmacy and a Hesburger. Nearby there are all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, trolley bus). The Old Town is 15 minutes, Airport 15 minutes. Near the house is free parking. The territory is fenced, there is a playground, a quiet courtyard.

A miniature one-bedroom entire apartment, conveniently located - close to the airport, shops and downtown. I do my best to make you comfortable: I keep it clean, keep things tidy, and try to create a cozy atmosphere. The house is old, but there is a yard and space for parking. Unfortunately, I can't influence some things, but a clean, neat and comfortable space awaits you inside. Many guests give 5 stars for comfort and cleanliness, and I am always happy to make your stay enjoyable!
