This is a nice place to stay though not close to the Qender. It was perfect for what we needed and comfortable.

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

We were so satisfied with the appartement, that we decided to extend our stay there. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Jorgo was very pleasant. Got Answers within minutes and helped us with any issues we had. Can honestly fully recommend the Place.

Great appartment on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very kind and checkin was easy. The bistro on the ground floor was perfect for getting food and drinks. And we could also watch Bundesliga. Definitely recommend

The accommodation was just as described in the pictures. A large (1.80m) box spring bed that is very soft and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The place was clean. We accidentally locked ourselves in the garage during checkout, as we were instructed to leave the key in the apartment and forgot that the gate wouldn’t open without it. However, the host was immediately reachable by phone and sent a parking attendant who let us out in less than two minutes. We can definitely recommend this place!

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

Excellent place, centrally located with great accessibility to all the famous spots. There is a nearby 24x7 mart as well. The host was very responsive and any additional requests that I had she complied. If I am ever coming to Albania definitely booking through these guys. The place was as exactly as shown in the pictures,also the lightening was really nice. Overall great comfortable experience!

Excellent apartment and location. Provided transfer from airport as well. Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. Very spacious balcony. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for about a month. We were quite satisfied, our host and her manager were very responsive, and the apartment manager always came to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, and with a good price. The only negative is that we frequently experienced water cutoffs during the evenings (starting around 10 pm), and a few times also during daytime. All in all, we recommend this place - but be aware that you might encounter problems with the water supply in parts of Durrës.

Amazing apartment. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Really great location. Beautiful beach near by and lots of nice restaurants within a short walk. There is 3 grocery stores close by and one of them is below the apartment.

We had a fantastic time in this cosy and very clean apartment. A cup of coffee every morning on a large terrace with fabulous sea and coast views were unforgettable. The apartment was very quiet though countless restaurants, cafes, shops and market stalls were right outside the apartment block. A beautiful promenade was just 1-2 minutes walk. And a few words about Mari: a great host, caring, kind, always ready to help and give advice! Great time in a great apartment in beautiful Albania with a great host!
