Welcome to our authentic vineyard house in Gurmefes Tranquil Garden, a quiet land with olive and fig trees. You will love the view of our stone house, which is located among both olive trees and grapevines. Our Gurmefes vineyard house is located in the middle of Turkey's must-see historical beauties. The ancient city of Ephesus, the house of the Virgin Mary and the village of Şirince are just some of them. We are located 2 km from the village of Şirince and 8 km from the district of Selçuk.

Sabahlari yurume mesafesindeki firindan taze ekmeginizi alip bahcesince kahvaltinizi yapabilirsiniz. Aksamlari da Tire'nin isikli gece manzarasina karsi mangalinizi yakip aksam yemeginizin tadini cikarabilirsiniz. Sirince ve Selcuk Efes'e 30 dakikalik mesafededir. Ozellikle grup olarak gelen aileler ve arkadaslar icin cok kullanislidir.

Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Comfortable flat in center of Alsancak

The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.

Our guest house, where you can have a calm and peaceful stay in touch with nature, consists of 50 m2 and 30m2 veranda. It is an environment away from the crowds, both easy to access and slightly isolated from Ataköy, which is a literally forest village.
