Our 41sqm studio is only 100m from the sea of Tyros, a picturesque village in Peloponnese and a 3min walk from the nearest shop. It is on the first floor and includes a bathroom, kitchen and 2 beds, to sleep after a long day of swimming or hiking. It is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, fridge, shared washing machine, kitchenette and TV. There are also two shared spacious courtyards with garden view, ideal to relax over a cup of coffee or wine. As hosts, we promote traditional hospitality.

It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
