the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space was clean and cozy. The location was also good, very peaceful, near to stores. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again in the future.

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The home is located in a quiet local neighborhood and, while smaller than expected, it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. There are plenty of small stores along the road, and we enjoyed trying different Filipino snacks just a short walk away. A nice café and a convenient store are only two minutes from the house, and there’s an excellent local barbershop right next to them. I recommend this home.

It was a very nice stay with 4 people. Tha place was well managed and the rooms were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to give us many useful information. We would like to use this place again if we visit Cebu.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Thank you for allowing us to stay. As other have said, additional $13US a day for aircon in the lounge room ( we didn’t take it used a pedestal fan and it was fine ). For a small one lane street is in extremely noisy with motorbikes going up and down all day and all night if you are sleeping in the front room. Otherwise, a modern house, clean, and well appointed. Thank you.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. I stayed for eight days, and during that time, the caretaker was always available and ready to help — no matter the hour. Whether it was day or night, I always knew there was someone I could reach out to if I needed anything, which made me feel very safe and supported. The house itself was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel relaxed and at ease.
