Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Peaceful and private. The private pool was great for us to use at our leisure and the care taker was so helpful with handling laundry to running to the store for minor items. We will miss him.

Mary Elaine was very responsive to messages. The couch smelled and she replaced it immediately with a new one. Only complaint is the noise at night. The local entertainment establishments music can be heard until 2 or 3 in the morning. The elevators had only 1 or 2 working most days and the wait sometimes was up to 1/2 hr just to get on an elevator. This is beyond her control. Plenty of transportation options and located in an excellent spot to see the whole city. I highly recommend Mary Elaine condo at 20A in Building 2 at Horizons.

I had a wonder time at Dee’s place. The view was awesome, the room was relatively clean and all functioning amenities. As a host, Dee was very helpful and very responsive to the needs of her guests. Would definitely book again soon.

We enjoyed our stay, Greg and Shiela was always responsive and gave clear instructions. they also helped me with my parking spot. The aircon was freeeeezing cold! had a good hot/cold shower as well as toiletries. I'll definitely come back once I'm in Cebu again.

Vanessa's place is very beautiful, clean and with very good amenities. We found it to be very quiet and comfortable. The Airbnb is within walking distance to a 7/11, several restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the Ayala Central Bloc mall. I would definitely recommend Vanessa's place to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu.

The host Giullia is lovely, friendly, and attentive, making sure that we can check-in as instructed. She is a local and was able to suggest us a car rental place nearby. The room is nice and in good condition. Only a few things inside the room that require minor fixing. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a reasonable price. I would recommend as it is affordable and will meet your needs! Thank you for hosting us.

The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. Hands down the best host and best value spot in Cebu. 24th floor so the view is amazing, everything was clean and modern. Host was extremely responsive to my questions. For the price nothing beats this. Everything from restaurants, street food, mall was all within 5 minutes of walking. Host gave us extra towels and a blankets when we asked. Seriously this place and host is a 10/10.

Had a great stay with Aiza Karen-great host, beautiful place, most comfortable bed I've slept on in Cebu (6 airbnb's and counting), building staff are wonderful, and the price is nice. Incredible convenience with coffee, massage, laundry, water service, and Robinson's all on the property. Convenient to anywhere as well-easy grabs/taxis. Only downside is the siren-I'm hyper-sensitive to sound (audio engineer) but my noise-cancelling earbuds would pretty much block it out when I had them in. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place and host(s)!

Ang ganda po ng stay namin. Naka rest and prepare ng kami maayos for board exams namin. May problems lang sa exhaust sa lutuan na area. Complete lahat ng kitchen needs and bedroom needs. Overall, highly recommended talaga. Very accommodating and responsive ang owner.
