Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Just a short walk away from the local and infamous Montagu arms pub and restaurant as well as wonderful countryside walks. The Cottage at Montagu House is a perfect getaway. Beautiful, quiet barn conversion

This old stone barn was converted to a high standard in 2005 and is in a quiet rural village location with wonderful countryside for walking, fishing, cycling etc. With a high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen and bathroom the bedroom is large enough to have 2 king size beds and a sofa bed and can sleep 5 people in comfort. The collection of classic bikes displayed on the wall will amaze and inspire. The village has a lovely pub, chip shop, Indian takeaway, lake, River Nene. Great location.

The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

River access in village for paddle boarding etc. Local shopping in Oundle/Thrapston with Waitrose etc within 5 miles.
