Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Beautiful, bright & light Annexe
Over-looking the North Norfolk marshes and just a short distance away from Brancaster beach; this newly built Annexe is a really special place, with lots of thoughtful touches and a home away from home. Ideal for avid walkers, bird watchers or family down time golfers and kite-surfers; the Annexe is a perfect launch pad to discover all the lovely parts of the North Norfolk coast. Plenty of walks from the back door, only 15mins walk to Brancaster beach and many discoveries a short drive away.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path.
