Holiday rentals with a pool in Titusville

The house was a great fit for 4 adults and 2 teens, bright welcoming and clean. Mary was very accommodating as we originally booked for 4 people she had no problem letting us bring 2 more. The kids loved the pool and its visible from inside so we could watch them and allow them some freedom. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe given the security system the home has. The fire alarm went off while we stayed and the host and alarm company contacted us instantly to check on us. Be sure the fan is on in the bathroom if you like long hot showers. In all enjoyed our stay and recommend booking if we find ourselves out that way again we would stay there again.

Was a wonderful stay, was very comfortable and plenty of amenities including games. Easy check-in, very responsive and flexible host.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful home! LOTS of space for a large family, or friends group. Gated yard, with lots of privacy. Cute pond in the front yard, occupied by fish of course! Host was very responsive and polite when contacted. Will be staying here again!! Highly recommend, 5 stars!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. What great hosts! We had a few issues after check in and they were so responsive to each call. Sometimes things can happen at a rental but Jacqueline and David were fabulous at getting back to us and taking care of things. The house was great, pool beautiful and everything was clean and just as described in the app. Thanks for a great stay. Would 10/10 recommend.

We've stayed here as the beach relaxation part of our Florida road trip and it was a great location for that! The beach is right across the street, restaurants are right around the corner, and if that's not enough, "downtown" Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes by car. If you have the chance, go watch a rocket launch from the beach – it's an amazing sight in the night time! The apartment itself had everything needed for our stay. Communication with Julian was great too! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and have already talked about going back again next year! The beach access was so easy and definitely worth it. The host was very responsive when we encountered any issues (the garage door button battery died, no big deal!) The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos in my opinion, we had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and our family dog and all had plenty of room to relax.

This property was very nice and matched the photos to a T. The house was spotless & very spacious. The renovated design was modern and the themed rooms were perfectly executed. The only downside was the check-in process at the gate, but after a quick phone call, the issue was resolved. I absolutely loved the space. 10/10.

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Home was beautiful! area was quite and close by of of attractions and restaurants. Only thing I advise is bringing extra wash towels, they are not provided. We went to Walmart which is literally right around the corner.

This home is just at pictured. Has everything you’ll need. Grill and propane being available on site were a very nice bonus. Hot tub and heated pool were fantastic after walking all day. Host was amazing and communication was very quick. Highly recommend this place and location

Pictures shown is exactly how the place looks. Felt secure in the neighborhood. Plenty of amenities. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Game room was also a plus for the little ones.

They house is exactly like described and had a lot of room. The cleaning could be a bit better, but they apparently had a very short turn-around. Be prepared to have parties going on around you. They do not enforce the noise ordinance at midnight like they should. We were not their to party, so this did have an affect on some of our guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Edward is a super host for a reason. He always returned my emails and texts. When we needed something he was sure to get it to us. He made us feel comfortable about this purchase from the very beginning.
