Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tivat

Loved my stay here! Excellent location to walk into town, get to the beaches, cafes or restaurants while also being able to right up into the mountain trails for incredible views and nature time. Very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts with great local recommendations who made sure everything was going OK without being intrusive. Cute, stylish, clean, modern apartment had everything needed for a long term stay. I definitely recommend it for a lovely stay in Tivat!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Wir waren mit zwei Hunden zu Gast und haben uns sofort willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein riesen Bonus. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Die Staff ist herzlich, freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Cosy apartment with all amenities you need. Close to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and the impressive Porto Montenegro area.

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Marta's apartment is very well designed with good separation between living and sleeping areas. All of the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and closets and drawers are plentiful. There is a washer and a dryer which is not common feature. The kitchen and dining room are also well appointed. The sofa and the chairs are comfortable. Marta's apartment is located on the last floor, has a beautiful large terrace with outdoor furniture, and a Weber grill. The views of Tivat and the bay compliment the whole experience. The apartment has one assigned parking spot in the underground garage. We had 2 cars and we were able to find parking by the building. Please be advised that you have to be able to climb one flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. Marta is very pleasant and easy host to communicate with. Our stay was relaxing, conveniently located, and picturesque. I would definitely rent again from Marta in the future. 5 star experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

We loved staying at Tamara’s place. Firstly the view is spectacular and as long as you have a car it’s close enough to get to plenty of beaches and towns to stroll in the evening. Tamara was incredibly helpful with recommendations and was flexible when I missed my flight and had to arrive in the middle of the night. We really don’t have any complaints and would happily stay here again if we visit Montenegro again.

Puhdas asunto ja omistaja vastasi nopeasti sekä oli auttavainen. Allasalue oli todella siisti myös! Maisemat olivat todella kauniit, varsinkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ei moitittavaa.

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Diese atemberaubende und zu jeder Tageszeit fesselnde Aussicht toppt alles! Man kann die ganze Zeit nur auf dem Balkon verbringen und die Natur und Schiffe beobachten. Oft sind lustige Hühner und Katzen auf dem Hof. Jede Nacht haben wir Nachtigall gehört. Auch sonst bietet die Wohnung viele schöne und praktische Sachen: Wohnzimmer ist schön und groß, die Küche ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet und bequem, Bett ist gut und Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer funktionierte super. Als Begrüßung standen leckere Orangen aus dem Garten auf dem Tisch. Wirklich super lecker! Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil und die letzten Meter bis zum Haus sind nicht asphaltiert – unser Auto war leider zu tief für die Strecke und wir hatten einen Parkplatz etwa 20 Meter entfernt – der war aber ruhig und sicher, da er auch zum Hof gehörte. Und Nina hat vorgeschlagen unsere Sachen mit ihrem Auto zu transportieren. Ich denke, ein guter Fahrzeug schafft die Auffahrt ohne Probleme. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter!🥰

Misha is the perfect host! He was extremely helpful when we had some trouble with our car and helped us find a place where it could be fixed. His place looks in real life even better than online and is really comfortable, clean, spacious and laid back. The location is perfect, close to everything but far enough to escape from the crowd (I wouldn't recommend Kotor or Tivat in high season, far too busy). The views from the flat are breathtaking, you just can't get enough of it. Plus, there are some really nice places to eat nearby.. In short, a fabulous place for some relaxed days off..

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Well equipped, spacious, cozy. It is a 2km pleasant walk from the old town.

This is a truly unique historical home in an old Montenegrin village — it has a rare spirit of the ancient times. Peaceful, quiet, and far from civilization, it’s definitely a place you should visit if you’re looking for something with a special vibe. The hosts are super friendly and kind people who genuinely care about nature. We had the best time staying there and spending time with them during our trip to Montenegro. Highly recommended!

The apartment is super centric but quite, has a nice terrace to have breakfast on and is very clean and tidy. We loved our stay and are very grateful for the easy communication with Dmitry and Alina - they were great and provided us with good tipps! Very much recommended, I’ll be back :)

Beautiful view, cozy apartment, very friendly and helpful host. The host is sweet and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. My only regret is that my stay was so short! The only caution I would issue is with Montenegro itself. There is a tax office you have to visit by law if you stay in a private accommodation like an airbnb. The tax is small but you have to go in person and pay this tax and they don't have weekend or late night hours. You audio have to pay the tax per city (so you can't visit Budva and pay for the tax in Tivat). Also driving is stressful here. Neither of these should be enough to prevent you from visiting this beautiful place, just be aware of these things.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was lovely—clean, cozy, perfectly located, and well-equipped. Tamara is an amazing host: she was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even offered us a ride twice, which we really appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would be happy to stay here again :)
