Beachfront holiday rental in Tivat Municipality

This accommodation is amazing! If you're having second thoughts, don't! you won't regret it. The apartment is very spacious and the terrace is something you will rarely find, so big and the views are spectacular! There is also a deck to lounge in the sun right in front on the building. Ivana was very nice and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed. Surely we'll come again!

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

Miejsce które oferuje Stefan jest wyjątkowe. Spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do ciekawych miejsc. Bezpośredni kontakt miałam z siostrą Stefana, która jest bardzo miłą i szanującą prywatność gości osobą. Od samego początku czuliśmy się jak wśród bliskich osób. Mama Stefana częstowała nas pysznymi ciasteczkami oraz wspaniałymi wędlinami własnego wyrobu. W domu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Chociaż Stefan był w podróży, zadbał o nas zdalnie i dostałam od niego mnóstwo rekomendacji co do restauracji. Czysta łazienka i kuchnia, wygodne łóżko. Osobne wejście i osobna część ogrodu nie koliduje z domowinkami. Gorąco polecam to miejsce z racji jego uroku, ale najbardziej ze względu na wspaniałych ludzi.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich, der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Meer sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles sehr sauber!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was lovely—clean, cozy, perfectly located, and well-equipped. Tamara is an amazing host: she was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even offered us a ride twice, which we really appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would be happy to stay here again :)

what a wonderful apartment! the setting is wonderful and to sit out on either the lower or upper balcony is so peaceful. Everything you need is here and all set out in a very modern, clean, welcoming apartment. Aleksandra has thought of everything and will make you feel so welcome. the SUP boards are a fantastic bonus and what a wonderfully, peaceful corner of Tivat to use them. Everything is within an easily walkable distance yet the setting is so calm. We look forward greatly to our return

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Maria nous a donné de belles recommandations pour les excursions en bateau. Elle a été très disponible pour nous. La piscine est très agréable et très grande. Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Great stay at a great apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts spoken English wasn't great, but could communicate with his phone well enough so no issues there. Had a small issue with boiler not working, was fixed 20 minutes after messaging. Great swimming pool, but you are at the mercy of other guests as there's not a lot of room around it.

Wij (een gezin met 3 tieners tussen 12 en 17) hebben enorm genoten van het appartement van Iva. Echt een droomlocatie! Het uitzicht op het terras is prachtig, heerlijke plek om te zitten. Het appartement is heel comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Leuk dat er een sup en fiets is. We hebben veel gezwommen in de zee en het zwembad. Interessante bezienswaardigheden zoals Kotor zijn dichtbij. Iva is heel benaderbaar en reageert snel. Het was jammer dat andere gasten in het appartement klaagden over onze tieners in het zwembad (die zich keurig aan de regels hielden). Dit werd door Iva goed opgepakt.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille dans le logement de milo et Natasha. Le cadre est magnifique, avec ses 2 terrasses ensoleillés du matin jusqu'au soir. La plage est accessibles au pied du Logement. Un logement ideal pour déconnecter. je recommande sans hésiter ce logement. Merci encore

The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea and promenade are just a 2-minute walk away, and supermarkets are about a 15-minute walk. The only downside is that the view faces the road, so it's more pleasant to keep the curtains closed.

A unique experience for those who have not stayed on a Yacht Club or had an opportunity to come face to face with amazing rich toys. Whilst staying there we came to see the Nympheas (2025 new 79m yacht with a 13m beam). Oddly, this was by far not the biggest one in the harbour - something to behold. The hosts were great with everything from check in to help with restaurants etc. The accommodation was comfortable and the club was quiet. Nearby restaurants were good and of course more expensive than in the older parts of town. The vibe is one of glamour and money but not uncomfortably so. There are many kids and families around at all times. Great experience for a couple who need a break or a quiet romantic weekend. You could not meet nicer hosts. Thank you Jakob and Damaris!!

A tastefully decorated, fully equipped apartment with a nice terrace and a mega view. The place is well located and you can reach the city’s in bay Kotor i a short time. There is a shallow swimming area next to the apartment, which is ideal for small children. The apartment is small, but there was enough space for our family of 4. Only two issue was for us, missing sunbeds on the beach and air conditioner in the bedroom. The parking space mentioned in reviews is nothing special if you have driven in mountain areas. We had a great time. Thank you!

This was an incredible stay. The view itself was worth every penny! Great location and very close to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Toen we aankwamen zat de sleutel in de deur. De moeder en oma waren er nog, daar we te vroeg waren. We hebben onze eigen parkeerplaats en er was genoeg bergruimte. Op het terras waren 2 ligstoelen en we kregen de beschikking over een sub. Al met al een prima plek. O, en vergeet de airco niet. Deze was echt nodig. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.

The view of the balkony was really nice. House was clean but we had some problems in hot water in the house. Olga tried to help for any kind of issues in any time slots of the day. She also suggested some restaurants and places to go. She was really kind. Thank you
