I rented 2 room apartments in July (for one month) 2017 for three adults. I have only positive impressions. Modern house, renovation, appliances and furniture. Greenery around the house. Bus stop nearby. Very friendly hosts! Pleasant atmosphere. A gorgeous view (the house is located on a hill). A quiet, picturesque area with the cleanest beach and sea in Bjelje.

We had a lovely 3 days! Everybody was really friendly and we felt so comfortable! The garden and the pets made us feel really at home.

Extremely clean, very new, peaceful. Prompt and responsive communication. if you need to come to Lustica Bay, i wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

I spent a few days in Natalia's studio, it is perfectly located with an incredible panoramic view, the interior is tiled with beautiful tiles, there is also a self-service washing machine, Natalia and her family are really adorable, authentic and available people in case of problems or advice. I hope to come back one more day there are a large number of restaurants and 1 hour/2 hours around there are a lot of interesting places and wild places by the sea like coves.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The flat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and always cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning — such a treat to return to after a day out. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. Stefana was the perfect host: incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She even booked a cab for us when we were checking out, which made things so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

Excellent apartments that have everything you need. Parking was always available next to the house. Kirill is an excellent host: he helped carry suitcases, helped with check-in, told about the location of shops, cafes and other important places, told about the sights and provided brochures with descriptions. We had a great time in these apartments. The only negative I encountered is the difficulty when trying to see the bay 😁

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing place to stay. Great location in Dobrota walkable to old town and close by beaches / restaurants and lovely walks along the water front. Can’t recommend enough, the host was super friendly and flexible with check in and outs and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Everything was a sheer delight here from the moment we arrived till we left, from the moment we woke up in the morning till we fell asleep. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you SO much. Villa Anzhero meets the requirement of a perfect holiday so effortlessly. Its proximity to Zanjice beach’s power-soft stone sands, crystalline water, pristine rainforest and lively restaurants are almost cliches in themselves. The villa itself, is home to a strong of sumptuous resorts, from the swimming pool, sauna, gym, to the gorgeous garden. Especially the spacious sea-facing balcony and dining room are justifiably stunning for its dazzling sea and beach scene. Night is falling in Montenegro, when our kayaks skid to a halt in front of an unprecedented sunseet. When the sunlight glistened off the sparkling dancing waves, the tranquility of peace find a dwelling place in our hearts. We really enjoyed staying at Alexandr's place - it was perfect for the needs of my wife and 2 of our (teenage) sons. The house itself is pleasant and cool such that we hardly needed the airconditioning. The views over the bay (from both balconies) are endlessly diverting and are also a great place to eat although we mostly enjoyed the many nearby eateries and street food. Our boys also enjoyed having the gym and table tennis and the pool for late night cooling off. Mostly, we swam at the beach club directly down from the villa (literally 2 minutes although maybe a bit more coming back up Herceg's famous steps!). The beautiful old town is also a few minutes walk away, it is exceptionally beautiful and we also stumbled across various cultural events including a lovely classical guitar concert and a rendition of folk singing/dancing. The bus station is also close by and our trip to Kotor round the coast was unforgettable in terms both of the views on the way and the city itself. Mostly, however, we stuck to Herceg (no need to hire a car) also visiting the various fortresses and making nightly walks along the coastal promenade. All in all, a great Airbnb in a great position!

Really lovely and clean place, pool was an added touch. Location is around a 15 min walk from the Old town. Lovely and friendly host. Kitchen amenities could be slightly better, no chopping board/chopping knives. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it!

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

We stayed at Nada's apartment for 11 days. We flew to Dubrovnik and Nada arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport. Taxi driver took the smaller border (can highly recommend this instead of the main border- stunning view when arriving from Croatia to Montenegro border) and there was only one car before us. It took us less than an hour to arrive to Kumbor to Nada’s place. Going back to Dubrovnik it was Nada who kindly drove us to the airport. When booking this apartment and asking questions about it, Nada answered very quickly. Nada has 4 studio apartments next to each other. You have your own privacy but you can mingle with your neighbors if you choose so. Each apartment has their own terrace overlooking to the sea. The view from the apartments was great. It was exactly like on the pictures and very good air condition. It was only a short, one or two minute, walk to the beach and restaurants from the apartment (although the driveway is very steep!). If something was missing e.a. from the kitchen Nada made sure you got it. For children and adults there are lots of activities located on the territory of the apartment e.a. trampoline, swings, mini-golf, ping-pong, hammock and a barbecue possibility. Nada loves children and she will do everything that all her guests feel happy. We even got to walk her dog, brush him and take him to swim at the sea several times. Her hospitality was truly amazing and we felt part of the family, having a nice bbq all together in the garden one evening. She made a very nice and tasty fish dinner with local food. Much better food than in any restaurant! Nada has all different sorts of fruit trees around the territory, and we got to taste the Kiwi, grapes and figs. Figs were ripe and lovely at this time of the year. If we had some needs Nada was helpful all the time. Children got the stomach flu so Nada went to the pharmacy and got medicine for them. We had no car, so Nada and some of our lovely, kind neighbors helped us to get to places (thank you goes especially to a lovely German couple and to a lovely family from Lithuania). One evening Nada drove us to Herceg Novi when we couldn’t get a taxi so she stayed there with us, showed us around. We all walked to Igalo- Nada showed the beach walk and we had a lovely time talking and getting to know each other. Nada became our friend. We will come back to Nada's apartment again and we will definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice local experience in an idyllic small village Kumbor at Kotor bay. Nada was a perfect host to us. Thank you Nada!

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!
