Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tivoli

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Hermosa ciudad y hermoso departamento. Sin duda un respiro de Roma. La casa realmente muy acogedora, super equipada y confortable. No es el típico departamento Airbnb frío y sin alma. Paola y su esposo muy simpáticos y atentos, espero volver pronto!

Otima acomodação, limpa , com acessórios, porém de dificil acesso. Para quem estiver de transporte público sugiro avaliar. Para quem está de carro, super indico

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Great house in the old city. Very tastefully decorated and well equiped. They even helped us find a babysitter who was wonderful! It could not have been nicer. I would recommend whole heartily.

It’s a lovely place in a truely beautiful and authentic Italian town. We used it as a base for a visit to Rome (train and bus) but take some time for Tivoli itself too! Giovanni is very friendly and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Federica per due notti. Ospitalità impeccabile, pulizia degli ambienti, stanze grandi e comode, bagno funzionale, zona cucina accessoriata, centro storico a due passi. i consigli dell'host sono stati utilissimi per goderci il weekend nella bella Tivoli e per raggiungere Roma lontani dal caos della Capitale. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona proveremmo certamente ad alloggiare di nuovo presso Domus Mia! Carmine, Noemi e Gaia.

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

Carlo foi muito prestativo, respondia rapidamente nossas dúvidas, sua gentileza foi um diferencial enorme. O espaço eh amplo e confortável, o bairro é seguro e tem um Shopping bem perto onde tem restaurantes, mercado e outros serviços. A localização é longe do centro, mas tem uma parada de ônibus bem próximo do apartamento que fica uns 15 minutos da estação de metrô. Com o Google Maps não tivemos dificuldade de nos deslocar para todos os lugares e ainda economizamos bastante com isso. Não foi necessário adquirir cartão, apenas comprar os bilhetes na estação ou banca de jornal. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e agradecemos ao Sr. Carlo por tudo. Recomendamos muito!!!

Perfect place, quiet neighbourhood, easy buss into town, good air con, beautiful terrace. Hosts were lovely and accommodating.

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizia and Antonio’s apartment. We were very comfortable there. They made check in very easy and provided clear directions with photos for how to get to the apartment. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed from snacks/water to power converters. They also provided great food recommendations in the neighborhood. We tried 3 local places they recommended and had wonderful experiences. The neighborhood felt safe and it was very convenient to the metro. We would stay again if we return to Rome! Thanks for a great experience!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Francescas Airbnb sehr genossen! Sie ist eine ganz fabelhafte Gastgeberin, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen bezüglich der wunderschönen Stadt Rom an sie wenden und sie ist auf wirklich zuvorkommende Art auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Balkon, die Dusche ist nicht allzu hoch (vielleicht 1,85m) und das Bad und die Küche sind im allgemeinen recht klein. Es fehlt aber an nichts und zum Essen gehen hat man sowieso die beste Stadt vor der Haustür. 🫶🏼 🇮🇹

Our first time in Rome, & we definitely lucked out on choosing to stay here. The location is superb with all of Romes attractions within 20 mins walk. For being so central the apartment is so peacefully quiet. Honestly this is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in, & we have been fortunate to stay in some great places. If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
