Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you live in the countryside but still centrally. It is about 800 meters (10-15 minutes' walk) to central Skärhamn where you will find restaurants, grocery store, shopping, the watercolor museum, swimming areas, pharmacy, liquor store. You have your own private backside with lovely patios and a large lawn for playing. The plot is fenced, so it's perfect if you have children and a dog. There is also a private entrance and parking for guests. On the farm in the host's house, there is a labrador and 2 cats.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

About 70 meters to Kårevik's wonderful swimming area with sandy beach, cliffs, diving tower, piers for crab fishing and a cozy little harbor. About 500 meters to a well-stocked ICA store plus bus stop.

Balcony to the west with wonderful evening sun. Garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The nearest swimming area is 10-20 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot. Distance to the main town of Skärhamn is 9 km and about 65 km to Gothenburg.

There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Welcome to the house overlooking Härön, Kyrkesund and the Västerhavet. The house is located on one of the highest points in Kyrkesund. You live in a quiet area. On the plot there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high up overlooking the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the swimming island or at the beach in Linneviken.
