Holiday rentals with beach access in Tkon

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Property exactly as described and pictured. Self check-in/out super easy. Everything new and clean. Good communication. Pebble beach and port nearby. Quiet at night.

Super hostess - great 👍🏼 We immediately felt very comfortable in Maja's apartment. Everything was tip top clean & super furnished 👌🏼 The accommodation is close to Zadar & the airport. Yes, at certain traffic times, aircraft fly over the house. But it didn't bother us very much. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊♥️

Matija was the perfect host , the apartment was just as described and in a very quiet and residential local area very close to the beach. Matija always answered any questions I had very quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived . He showed us a short cut to the beach . His parents live below the apartment and were so friendly, we felt very welcome and safe. I was would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely return . We had a wonderful stay in Zadar .

The place was nice, clean, spacious. Upon arrival, we had less attention in the fridge - wine, ham, cheeses... The host was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived later, it wasn't a problem. The host ordered us a beautiful fairy of ice where we saw dolphins and amazing islands in Croatia. Highly recommended. Great place to stay for a good price. We're happy 😊

This is our favorite place to stop on the way to Montenegro. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and simply a wonderful person. The accommodation has everything you need, especially considering you'll likely spend your days at the nearby beach and your evenings strolling along the lively promenade, filled with restaurants and small shops.

Amazing view from the balcony. We really did not want to leave. You won’t be disappointed. Only a few minutes walk from everything in the amazing old town.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay at their place.

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

It's a great place, it actually looks better than it does in the photos. The house is located on the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained; there are 3 bedrooms with an extra living room and a spacious kitchen and a large patio. A home with literally everything you can think of. The neighborhood and the town are beautiful - you can drink delicious coffee, eat crazy ice cream, or have a great dinner at every step. There are also markets with "normal" prices. We recommend shopping at the local bakery - breads and pastries revelation! We were in May and we sincerely recommend a visit during this period - the beach is completely empty, few people and the weather was beautiful (23-25°). The price of the property during this period is also very attractive :) We recommend 100%, we will definitely come back here again. Sincerely, Darija :)

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival - a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries as well as a filled refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The accommodation was clean, very well maintained and well equipped. The pool was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!
