Loft holiday rentals in Tlaquepaque

The location is great, breakfast at the super rich juice bowl, the only thing is that the church is one block away from the bell bells if you wake up early, parking is more on the street

The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

The loft was excellent. It is located in a very walkable side of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The loft was quaint and secure with double locks so you can feel secure knowing your belongings and you are safe. I definitely recommend this place!

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

A very nice room and in the center a few blocks from all the squares and tourist places.. the bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is very good, a very nice and comfortable room.. access only have to follow the instructions well and everything ok.. I really liked it..

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this perfectly located Guadalajara loft. The loft was beautifully decorated in a modern vibe and extremely clean. We found everything we needed available in the loft, and the AC worked perfectly! The best part about this loft is the location!! We walked everywhere,e and there are so many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and overall we just loved our stay. Would definitely come back!

Everything is very clean, offers impeccable service

Nice little studio, in a nice relaxed part of town very private, great if you have a car since you can park under the building. The bedroom upstairs is nice with a tv. and A/C. They were very understanding when I arrived an hour late for check out and cleaning lady was courteous enough to bring down my thing to the couch as she had to do her job. Only thing being I wish there was a tv downstairs and just being careful walking down the stairs in socks since they’re slick metal steps. But overall very quiet with minimal noise from the train around noon

This place is such a great value! It's spacious and well appointed. There's a big patio at the entrance that's comfortable in the mornings and evenings and a smaller patio off the living area that gets a little more shade during the day. It's really close to the center of town--3 blocks from the central plaza and Mercado Benito Juárez but the street is quiet. There's a MiBici bike station 1 block away. If you're looking for Spanish lessons, the Guadalajara Language Center is just 5 blocks away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was an ideal location for exploring the area. I arrived on a redeye from Portland and Yolanda's parents met me before the sun was even up to hand off keys and give me a tour of the place. Hope to return soon!

Very nice accommodation, Roberto took care of me very well, he gave me clear instructions on how I could access and was attentive when I had problems 100% unrelated to him (it rained and the power went out, he helped me file a report with CFE and in less than 1 hour the problem was solved) if I go back to Guadalajara, I will definitely stay here again

The host was always attentive, the place is very nice and meets her description.
